Concubine Ranks Novels & Stories

As Adelaide and Isolde exchanged polite conversation, Ruth, who had been so bold and overbearing at the start, suddenly found herself quietly sidelined. Other concubines, such as the mothers of Theodore and Zachary, were not inferior in status to Isolde or Ruth. Yet the former two's positions in the harem were clearly beneath the latter two. So, they sipped their tea in silence, careful not to speak out of turn. They smiled politely and pretended to watch the others, all the while wary of choosing the wrong side.

I glared at him, "and you think I am that kind of desperate to open my thighs wide in front of you?! I am not that kind of woman, Aster! No matter what kind of person you are, you have no right to force a woman to give herself to a man she is not married to!" "Being a concubine is the highest honor you can have in this Empire, Eodelle," He gritted his teeth at me, snarls forming, ripping on his throat as he growled in front of me, "You are not a princess anymore and you are at the right age to bear a child! That's the best you can do to make yourself safe from all these people who want you dead!"

he said and grabbed his jacket in his arm. “Where are you going?” “To bite the ones who poked me while I was asleep,” he answered and left the bathroom. *** Ñiraka smiled as she gazed into the mirror. She was looking so beautiful and sexy, Dakar would never resist her. She was more than happy when he appointed her as his Royal Concubine. That position was next to the wife and had respect attached to it. Other concubines, even the ones of the king would respect her. She could enter into the Prince's Chambers without being called and could sit beside him in high places. In conclusion, she was a wife to be.

"I cannot believe you feel no remorse at all. I guess you must feel at the top, being married to the prince. But guess what? You will never get anywhere with him! All you will ever have is that title of being his wife; and I am sure in no time, he will send you home" "At least, I get to be called his wife", Masha chuckled. "I mean, we just met about a week ago and I have that title. But you - you have been with him for years, made a mockery of your body; but what title do you have? Just a mistress. I am sorry, but I would rather be called a wife than be a mistress who only serves his bed. Now, if you wouldn't mind, I'd love to have some rest". Sephora's eyes had gotten all swollen already. H

Calantha asked, her voice shaky, like she wanted to break down into tears. "Tradition let's me take as many wives and concubines as I want, I do not owe you any explanations, she's carrying my unborn child so she's my concubine," every one gasped at the words Thane just said. Even I was surprised, that position was never given to a woman of my kind, a woman with no class. "What!!" Calantha exclaimed unable to believe the words she just heard. "You're really choosing her over me." I stood there behind Thane, my legs were shaking, I was trying to hold on to my consciousness.

"I must confess that you're one of the most beautiful ladies I have ever seen. Listen up, I want to make you my concubine. You make a great fit for that!" As I heard this, I felt vexed. I didn't understand why a man like Lord Stone Sumach would express interest in me. I wouldn't have considered it even if he wanted me to be his mate not to talk of being a concubine. To me, a concubine was the same thing as a lady whose duty was to help resolve a man's sexual needs. Apart from sexual obligations, a concubine had nothing else to do. Some emotional support could be needed at times too.

I subconsciously yelled with wide eyes. "Yes, babies..." He emphasized the babies as he whispered seductively. His dark and domineering aura was now replaced by a slightly calm one. So that was what they meant by pubs? I thought they were talking about something else. Now I understand why he wanted a concubine in the absence of a mate. It was to give him heirs. My hands subconsciously rolled into a ball as I thought of this, and now more than ever, my urge to escape intensified.

She couldn't hear me at all. Looking at her like this, Katy laughed and became more proud. "You see, she likes to kneel down to me. From ancient times to the present, the concubine has to kneel when they meet the principal wife." "Yes, you're right." Jessica nodded in fright. She was unable to hear me at all, but could only hear the voice of Katy. No matter how hard I pulled her, I couldn't pull her up. Seeing Jessica be like this, Katy was thrilled. She crossed her arms and said, "Tell me, what are you?"

She knew I had grandfathers who commanded me, and as a Chinese that was part of her view of life. I continued, "But my wife will have no reason to expect me to be a faithful husband. I may have a second wife soon after... I have two grandfathers." I stroked, pushed very deep into her and held myself in place for a moment. Then I spoke the magic word to steal her Chinese heart completely. "But I have heard of places where married men keep very special women in their house... as concubines." "Concubine" meant a lot in Chinese culture, it implies far more than "mistress" or "girlfriend" because a concubine lived in the home and could give her master children. Also, it was a lifetime commitment.

Just like that, Tea became a winner! It is so much better to be a main wife than a concubine! Main wives were more favoured by the emperor, they had more resources and were supported by the feudal system. Tea was also shocked because this voice was the same voice she heard behind the bushes talking to a foreign woman. In her heart, she wondered whether she was just a substitute of some kind and the other woman would become her replacement. Many things went through her mind but none of it was shown on her face.
