My eyes flickered over to Charlotte as she tossed her ebony hair over her shoulders. Her dragon was just as strong as she was stubborn, I was glad that she was a member of the flock. She looked at me as she pushed her bangs away from her forehead, before her green eyes scanned the area. Kingston, her partner, moved closer to Louis. The young dragon was good at sensing other's emotions. “Thank you for flying with me, whatever happens tonight. I will return.” I said, the small group was quiet as I spoke before Louis nodded. They needed to know that there was a chance that I may not be returning with them, I hoped my plan would work.

The ice in my very veins melted as he grew even taller than he normally was and more muscular,ripping Zephyros's tunic in the process. I staggered backwards and tripped on a branch. I fell backwards on my rump and even the sting was not enough to take my eyes off him. He exhaled and the nearest tree turned to ash immediately. i scrambled backwards on impulse and the branch i had tripped on got caught in his web. He opened his eyes and twin pools of fire peered down at me. I didn't need Luna to tell me i was not looking at Zephyros anymore...no. Not entirely. What stared back at me was the Fire Dragon.

I could feel something moving through me, an attraction that I hadn’t felt before. Sure, he was tall, dark, and handsome. His cheekbones were high and his body looked like something that had been molded by the gods. It didn’t explain why a part of me wanted to lay my head down against him. To rub my cheek against his scarred chest, press my lips against those four ragged lines. “I’m a dragon and I've claimed you as my mate.” I didn’t say anything to him, I didn’t know what that meant. A dragon, that I was his mate. How was I supposed to respond to that?

Making a mental note to pick up some books by the author for Andreena. ‘Based on the best-selling book series by Jenson Spellmore Dragon’s Lovers,’ Andreena settled against me and we watched the show for a few minutes before the main dragon came onto the screen. He wasn’t in his human form and I heard my mate suck in a breath. She glanced over at me before looking at the screen and then back at me again. “What is it, sweet Andreena?” I asked, reaching for the remote and turning the volume down so that I could focus on her.

Tool ain’t magic, kid. And this exhaust? Sounds like a dying chupacabra.” Dru stifles a laugh. I shoot her a glare, but I'm trying to hide my own smirk with my beard. I seen what happens when you don’t guard your crew.” Dragon rolls up his sleeve further, revealing a tattooed date—“2003–2019”—inked beneath the Calavera’s hollow eyes. The numbers curl like smoke from a prayer candle,

he hissed, but I held on to the young dragon with all my might. “First release Leandros.” He didn’t, and I saw red. His spear scraped Leandros’s neck, and I did the same to his son. Drako thrashed against my hold, shifting into his dragon to kill me. It was impossible for me to hold on to him. He whirled around and spit fire at me, making me jump away and throw the poisoned spear in my hands at him to save myself.

Kaylani lifts up onto her back legs, screaming before slamming down and sending water spouts toward Tarathiel. I see Tesha fighting with Rhistel and I race underneath Kaylani, slicing through the rope that he had attached to her leg. I feel the wind at my back, and it blows me off my feet, but Kaylani catches me with her tail, and I grab hold while she moves her tail over her back, letting me drop down on top of her. Once I’m off the ground, my dragon releases anger like I’ve never seen before. She begins flooding the area, the water rising quickly.

Shawna and Tavie’s eyes grew wide at the big beautiful…. “DRADON!” Shawna yelled as she watched his golden dragon fly through the air letting out a loud screeching sound. The kids were on his back, as he flew through the air. He dipped low to the ground, allowing the kids to hop off his back and ran for cover far away from the danger. Dradon’s dragon flew towards the Leviathan, drew in a deep breath, blew fire at him, then used his claws to swipe across one of the Leviathan’s faces, then flew straight up into the sky. The Leviathan screeched and took flight chasing Dradon.

He turned back to look at Ver Nooy and saw Hélarion still chopping at the mountain trolls, leaving wide circles of dead around him. The smell was getting worse and a dark cloud of smoke began to fill the sky. A strange wind picked up and a mysterious awful cry came from behind his position. Termâs turned, and there it was. He could not believe his eyes. The sculptures, carvings, and paintings were not enough to prepare him for his first glimpse of a real dragon. It stretched across the sky in a zigzag pattern breathing fire and smoke as it closed in on Ver Nooy. The mighty soldier could think of nothing to do except turn and yell, “Dragon!”

They were gliding through the sky and the smaller one widened her eyes as she touched the surface of the grass and then rolled forward as she stumbled and fell. “Oops!” she said loudly and stood up straight as she folded her wings behind her back. “Abeloth,” the bigger one said and bowed her head. “Scylla,” Abeloth said and inhaled her scent deeply. “Abigail,” Scylla said and dove into her with a force that set Abigail down on the grass. Abigail screamed as she merged with her dragon. “Mine … where’s mine?” the smaller dragon asked as she looked around. “Shae!” she yelled excitedly and bounded towards Shae.
