Mafia Men II: Lorenzo's Gilded Cage

The police and forensic scientist only found Alexander's and all the other soldiers' bones, nothing could be proven, and all the evidence has also been burnt. They tried to put back his skeleton in the most perfect way they could to give him a funeral because no one knew what kind of monster he was behind closed doors. He didn't deserve sympathy or respect but the world is unfair and all this respect felt like a disrespect to all his dead wives' memory. He deserved to be known as what he was, a psychopathic murderer.

lorenzo is one of my most favourite man and there is not a single sec where i hated delilah or questioned her choice because lets be serious any woman have done the same thing in her situation or worse, i liked the practicality of the story and that its not a fairy tail and everything is messed up.

My Doctor True Mate

My Doctor True Mate

The white of the bones sticking out on the dirt like a sore thumb. My heart twists painfully in my chest as I shift back to my human form and crouch down to inspect the parts, seeing that the bones have scratching marks on them, which resemble the marks of fangs. Damn it. My wolf growls in my head, annoyed about me having a painful reaction instead of feeling malicious joy. But who would these bones ever belong to? Did they belong to Hazel? Was April still in the hands of the Rogues? Collecting the parts of the bones that I manage to carry, I hurry out of the forest and dress myself before getting into my car.

THE WIFE YOU LEFT

THE WIFE YOU LEFT

“Mrs. Grayson, I think you need a therapist. Whatever you went through in prison—” “I’m not crazy,” I snapped, my voice louder than I intended. He paused, his pen hovering over the page. “I know what I saw,” I continued. “That man is not who you think he is. You’re all so blinded by his money, his power, that you refuse to see the monster beneath.” The door opened again, and another officer stepped in, holding a sketchpad. They'd asked me to describe his physical features so they could sketch it out and make sure it matched the Axel Blackwood everyone knew. Because as far they were concerned, there was no way they were the same people.

The Billionaire's Temporary Mistress

The Billionaire's Temporary Mistress

Seeing his buried pain reflected in her fear… it hadn’t just ignited his protective fury; it had detonated something primal, something ancient and terrifying within him. He’d unleashed the full, terrifying machinery of Blackstone Enterprises. Not just money, but a focused, ruthless intensity usually reserved for annihilating corporate adversaries. John, his bodyguard and driver, a man built like a fortified wall, with eyes that missed nothing and a face perpetually set in grim neutrality, became a near-constant, silent presence. He materialized for hushed briefings that vibrated with lethal intent. Damien’s network, a vast, shadowy web spanning continents and legal boundaries, churned. Finan

Midnight Horror Show

Never got to run in a touchdown though, that’s for sure. The place was busier than usual, but there were still some good spots at the bar. Dutchman’s is the kind of place where nobody bothers you. Shellacked pine booths with high backs and the lights are low. A few factory guys most nights, but usually none of the IFI crowd. Some cops. Franklin brings his wife here during basketball season. Food’s okay. I ordered a draft and a plate of chili fries. I finished the draft a little faster than I’d meant to and ordered another without thinking and then another before kickoff. Chicago was looking good and sometime before the second quarter I started to relax. This case wasn’t like anything I’d eve

Dark Soldiers

Dark Soldiers

Dark Soldiers’ Base – Holding Room Elliot stood before the bank of monitors in the control room, his reflection a grim mask in the glass. On the screens, six young men lay on simple cots in a sterile white room, each with a dull metallic bracelet clamped around one wrist. “We’re missing one,” Elliot said, his voice low. Amy stood beside him, her tablet in hand. “Yes, sir. The seventh signature. It’s… erratic. Fades in and out. The profile fits the historical parameters for the entity code-named ‘Shadowalker.’ How do we find him?”

The Bad boy of Pine Creek: My biker lover

The Bad boy of Pine Creek: My biker lover

I snapped at her, losing all patience. Mandy’s eyes darkened. “I don’t know how you got them to legally spare you for this but I promise you won’t get away with it!” Mandy said before turning and heading back to the cemetery. I kickstarted my bike, driving away. Mandy’s words repeated in my head. Her threats had been serious enough. Would she and the new outlaws actually try to avenge Bones’ death? I wondered if I had made a mistake striking a deal with Mr. Chadwick to avoid jail time. Bones’ death had been a mistake, but no one would’ve believed me. That was the only reason I asked for Mr. Chadwick’s help.

The House of Ash and Guilt

The House of Ash and Guilt

When I died, there was a woman reeking of talcum powder straddling me. She was my third client that night—and my last. She told me her favorite sound was the crisp snap of breaking bones—more beautiful than any music. My right hand had just been twisted at a grotesque angle, accompanied by her satisfied sigh, until it broke clean through. The pain hit like a white-hot brand, searing through my nerves—then receded just as fast, like a tide pulling back. All that was left was a numb, bone-deep cold. I could feel it clearly—life draining out of my ravaged body.
