Chapter 56 A powerful entity known as the Werewolf Destroyers, led by the formidable Fen, had embarked on a relentless quest to capture the supreme god powers, seeking to awaken the cataclysmic Eyes of the Twelve Giant God Statues. With ten supreme god powers already in their grasp, the Werewolf Destroyers were tantalizingly close to their ultimate goal. Only two powers remained, held by the elusive alpheno werewolves, Alex and Kai. Their sanctuary lay hidden within the mystical Gaia villages, a haven for mythical creatures seeking refuge from the encroaching darkness.

"So, now that I've released you, why then are you here?" "Because I'm stuck with you." "Stuck... with me?" She pointed to herself as her eyes widened a bit. He nodded again, "More like we're both cursed to be stuck together." He explained plainly. "Cu- Cursed?!" Her eyes were wide as saucers now. "Yes, cursed." He kept on answering her calmly. "But... but how?" How is she cursed with this... demon man?

"Yes boss! A Bloody Sinner is down" they reported, and Godzilla's loud convulsion filled the place again.

Just then, Aisha's voice echoed from the sky, "I had thought to spare you, but it seems unnecessary now. Prepare to face the descent of the great evil god, Bahamut!" Evil god Bahamut? Wilbur's eyes widened in shock. The ground beneath him began to tremble violently, soon splitting open to reveal a massive chasm. From this abyss, a gigantic black serpent emerged. The serpent hissed, flicking its tongue, and its blood-red eyes made Wilbur's heart skip a beat. By now, the sun had set, and the moon hung in the sky, casting its silver light. The enormous figure of the evil god Bahamut loomed over Wilbur, its shadow engulfing him completely. Bahamut's crimson eyes locked onto Wilbur like a predato

Atrocious replied, rubbing an orb on the armrest of his chair. "Reveal? What do you have to reveal?" Draco raised an eyebrow, realizing that it must be serious if Atrocious was acting this way. Atrocious was never one to think or worry so much about anything and when he does, it meant it was something to be taken very seriously. Atrocious sighed heavily, picked up the orb, and muttered a spell. The orb became surrounded by a mist of emerald color, and an obscure figure appeared within it. "It's a curse. Your brother, the Alpha King, is cursed."

A freak accident that left me completely alone in the world. But now, I couldn’t help but wonder. Were they werewolves too? Had they known this would happen to me? Alaric said the curse didn’t activate unless you killed someone. If they were werewolves, had they never triggered the curse? Or was it something else entirely? I glanced at the window, where the light of the setting sun was fading, giving way to the night. The full moon was coming. I could feel it—a strange hum at the back of my mind, growing stronger with each passing moment.

There was no response. Then— he heard a howl. Something massive lurched out from the black and made a sound Caleb had never heard before in his life. His ears started to bleed. He groaned and covered his ears with his hands, falling to his knees and closing his eyes. “This place is cursed,” He muttered breathlessly to himself. On opening his eyes, he was met with the biggest creature he had ever seen. A towering beast covered in sinew and fur, eyes upon eyes upon eyes. Too many to count.

The famed relic that was hidden on the treasure island turned out to be a metaphor for something not even worth anything. “Desperate for something that isn’t what you think it is…” I shake my head. Suddenly it occurs to me. I snap my head to Eldora’s direction. Something that isn’t what you think it is. The relic could be a person. The Moon Goddess wouldn’t bless an object that would kill her children. Cursed Silver, blessed by the Goddess… Eldora. Literally translated to Deity’s Blessing. “They know she’s the relic!”

It always happens whenever I'm scared. "Calm down, Cara, lest you reveal your powers to him," Hana whispers angrily. "If that happens we can kiss this place goodbye because we'll be thrown out as bad bloods." Bad bloods. Otherwise known as the Ruined, or the Cursed. The spoilt apples.

“Wait… what did you just say?” His gaze swept over us, sharp, piercing. “Centuries ago, it was foretold: our land would be cursed by the Wicked, and two boys would arrive from a distant realm. One would break the curse, the other would fight to preserve it. Mortal enemies, bound to the fate of this world.” Carter and I exchanged a glance—best friends, inseparable. Then back at the hooded figure. “That’s impossible, sir,” I said. “We’ve known each other forever. Nothing could turn us against one another. We’re not part of your prophecy.”
