The Book of Deceive

The Book of Deceive

The marking on the boat was at least a few centuries old. This is a war ship. Those are Tharans. This must be the Battle of the long ships. The commander moved forward looking at each of his men, he couldn't see clearly the sky was fiery red, arrows were flying everywhere. One of the arrows hit the sail. All around him there was fire. Men were still burning or were half burned. The battle didn't end well for the Tharans, the history books were true in that part. The crystal had finished the visions. The room stood still, the crystal was still glowing.

Cursed Blood

Cursed Blood

Cammie said. "They are the undead vampires," I told her. "They have no fangs like the true-bloods, but their teeth are so venomous, a single bite can kill you." "Wow, undead much?" She gawked at them. "My honor that you recognized us," one of the undead guys said. "We wish you no harm if you kindly follow us..." "Who are you?" I asked, carefully keeping my fangs from extracting out, but my gum was already throbbing.

The Rise of the Frost Dragons (Blue Triangle Series #2)

The Rise of the Frost Dragons (Blue Triangle Series #2)

Tristan wanted to curse the world. Had he not been too taken away by that damn noble, he would’ve caught the cruise ship before it sailed off from the port. There’d been no longer cruise ships arriving on the harbor that day, as the next one would arrive in two days. So Tristan had no other choice but to ride the pettiest and stinky ship he had ever been. It was the only ship that would sail in that hour. And Tristan could not afford to wait any longer.

Immortal Era's Crafting Master

Immortal Era's Crafting Master

After a while, he just gave up on this and switched his thoughts to other things, like how the design for the armor that's going to be worn by the elves will look. A lot of interesting designs flashed through his mind when thinking of this, prompting him to let out a small laugh. For those who passed by the captain's cabin and heard this, they felt a chill run down their spines. Of course, Kirou was ignorant of this and even if he knew, he would just laugh it off and go about his own business. ******* Roughly half a day later, three fully loaded ships docked on the northwestern section of the Southern Continent. This area lacked a proper harbor and dock for the ships to utilize, so they had

River witch

River witch

Its edges were curled with heat, the script shifting like molten iron beneath the surface. Maya didn’t speak. She knew what they were nearing. The Sixth Tide. And worse—the betrayal that made it real. --- The Iron Salt wasn’t an island. It was a graveyard. Hundreds of broken ships drifted in a perfect circle, chained together by coral-grown anchors. Fragments of weapons jutted from masts. Statues of half-forgotten gods stood cracked on shattered decks. Some ships were made of steel, others of bone. One, drifting slowly to starboard, appeared to be carved from teeth.

HIS TRUE LUNA

HIS TRUE LUNA

I closed my eyes, trying to force calm, but t‍he image of‌ Kingston angry, protective, and aching for m‍e refused to fade. The Cursed Alpha

The Cursed Alpha

"It's a curse. Your brother, the Alpha King, is cursed." Draco gazed at the orb in horror, wondering what more Atrocious had to tell him about the curse. Back to the present •weeks later• The Alpha King observed his advisors as they argued on the Golden Table. He had invited them to discuss the increasing thefts from the clan's food reserve. He didn't care about the rising prices of bread and wine or how it affected the people of his clan. Sympathy was not an emotion he possessed. Reports of a rebellious group attacking guards had been surfacing, and although it was bothersome to the Alpha King, he knew he needed to intervene.

Reborn Dragon Vein Warlock, talented beautiful mage

Reborn Dragon Vein Warlock, talented beautiful mage

No one would dare to take the noble's money and run after witnessing the Great God of Order. "Thank you for your generosity, Baron." The mercenaries bowed again. The next thing was easy. The others prepared to leave as soon as Kristin had finished comparing the treasure map in her hands with the topography of Roskilde Island. Kristin was a third-level mage, accompanied by Eric Bernard, a seventh-level knight, and Ronny St, a first-level druid. They were on a three-masted warship. It could be said that they had not encountered such a powerful treasure-hunting team in more than ten years, so there was no shortage of sailors applying to be navigators. In the end, Kristin chose two veterans from

The Strongest God of War

The Strongest God of War

"Did you see that? They shot at our plane." Another young soldier, his body trembling, said, "This is crazy! The competition hasn't even started yet, why are we being attacked in the middle of the journey?" Upon hearing the conversation, Niall turned to Elliot, who was silent, deep in thought. “It seems we’re not the only ones experiencing this. Everyone else is too.” Kharel adjusted the position of his backpack and said, “Enough! Let’s go. We still have a long way to go.” Apparently, there were twenty-six small ships, corresponding to the number of kingdoms participating in the competition. The ship with the words Kingdom of Ans De Lou was located in the middle.

The Pack's Vampire

The Pack's Vampire

The Concordia, Twelve Hundred Years Before The bow of the ship was carved into the shape of a ferocious bare-breasted woman, her sharply pointed vampire teeth displayed by a savage snarl and her twisting hair blowing out around her in exquisite detail. “She is beautiful,” Sigrid exclaimed in awe looking up as their rowboat skirted the boat. “I did not see her… Or was it another ship?” She looked at the other ships anchored in the bay around them. Like ant-trails across the water, the rowboats transporting passengers and supplies wove through the waves to the other vessels.

I didn't realize just how alluring an ancient vampire could really be until I dove into Talen's past and had my heart broken and stolen by the depth of soul in this character. Everleigh has such a gift for creating these characters with so many layers you can't believe they're not real.
