Madelyn looks at me and I smile at her, making her blush. “So, what movie are we watching?” I ask taking the focus off of her. “Well, I think my mate needs to learn what it means to be a Gryffindor, don’t you?” Maeve asks. “Harry Potter it is! I’ll make the popcorn,” I say, showing Madelyn where to sit and grabbing a blanket off a chair to give to her. I don’t know if she’s still cold, but in case she is, I want to make sure she’s warm.

Then back at her. Absolutely not. Harry was my younger cousin. Twenty-three. Rich, reckless, and had the attention span of a goldfish. He’d been kicked out of two colleges for fighting, and last I heard he was “investing” in crypto by day and racing motorcycles by night. Harry smiled, his eyes still on the eggs. "I don't see a crown." I snorted, opening up the cupboard to take some cereals. Gosh, I'm too short to take this. I didn't know my ass was fully visible as i tried reaching for the cereal. I was wearing a hoodie that covered my ass a little. I totally forgot Harry was now here with us. Harry just kept on clearing his throat and it made me really upset and confused. I was even expecting him to help me out. "What?" I asked loudly, still looking frustrated.

The boy had no idea where the wetness came from because nowhere up around where he stood was wet. The boy felt a sudden sadness for the poor animal, so he held out his right hand, palm down, and suddenly, his arm glowed with a strange purple color. The purple color that had started to glow around his arm seemed to wiggle around it as if it were alive in its own way. Slowly, the wolf began to rise and out of the pit, with the boy switching his hand’s position as the wolf floated out of the pit. The boy laid him softly on the ground just a few feet away from the opening with a wave of his hand.

I need a little help here. The map glows for a moment, points toward the bed, and then goes blank again. I walk over to the bed. I pull back the covers and look under the pillows, but nothing. I go to my knees and look under the bed. Beneath the bed, I see a dark brown and black amulet shining at me, waiting for me to take it home. There is also a set of eyeballs looking at me.

"Can I get one of that?", Harry asked "No", Kavinsky replied with a grin and took a sip of the juice, just to intimidate Harry. It was payback for the day he had gone to Harry's house and Harry had first refuse to give him a cup of coffee. "Seriously bro? It's your birthday!", Harry replied in protest

Some of the bottles were clearly labeled, love potion, flying potion, summoning potion, super strength potion while others had scribbles that were barely legible.

I question him again trying to break the ice, he seems to smirk a little looking over at me. "Well it started back in school I don't know how old I would've been, I was sat in class leaning back in my chair and for some reason behind me, you know back in the day you had those pens you had to dip in ink?" He asks me looking over with a smile, I nod saying quills he nods continuing "well I leant back in my chair when the chair moved and I fell, on the way down I tried to grab hold of something to stop me falling, but I end up grabbing the sheet of paper the tubs were of ink was on" he laughs which causes a little laugh to come out of my lips as I finish with his cut on his face.

She looks exhausted. Mom is leaning over her shoulder, pointing at a page. “This one is a basic cleansing spell. It clears negative energy and stabilizes your aura. You’ll need it before you attempt anything more advanced.” Raven nods, rubbing her temples. “Okay. And the potion?” “That’s a focus draught,” Mom says. “It sharpens your senses. Helps you channel magic without overwhelming yourself.” Raven sighs. “There’s so much. I don’t know how I’m supposed to learn all this fast enough.”

I dragged on my clothes and pushed through the door. Sure enough, the lights were on. Dr. Crowley was moving around inside. “Taydyn…” he said, brows lifting behind those round glasses. “What are you doing here at this time?” He looked like he always did—like someone had assembled him from mismatched parts. Big frame. Sharp nose. Grey eyes that missed nothing. Salt-and-pepper hair that refused to lie flat. “I need help, Doc.” His posture shifted immediately. Serious now. “There’s a wolf,” I said. “She’s been exposed to wolfsbane. Strong. Terrence caught the scent, but I don’t know what kind—and I don’t know how much time we’ve got.”
