I hear Daisy exclaim in exasperation, bringing me back to the present. Daniel laughs, "Do I look that foolish? Moroeever, can you even beat me up aline, shortie." He stuck his tongue at her and I can't help but watch them with a rare smile on my face, my heart warming at the sight of Daisy, the shorter of the two, chasing after her taller brother, Daniel. Daisy's little legs prevent her from catching up to him, and she eventually gives up, sinking down onto the floor in tears. Her eyes well up, and her drooped head makes her look incredibly adorable and cute. I can't hold it in any longer and burst out laughing.

"I'm sorry but who are you? What are you doing here? Do you know what's happening to me? Daisy asks as she holds Lucy from the ground with one of her fingers. No I don't, can you look at me again! I remember something. " Ahhhhh" Daisy screamed in pain when the full moon shone over her. There was some power gathering her at the moment as her eyes turned blue. "What happened to you Lucy? What happened to your pack members? What happened to your mate? Where are they now? She asks Lucy to touch her hand and at the moment she can see Lucy flashback.

But Coco seemed adamant about moving away from her, his tail wagging with excitement. Suddenly, my amusement grew as I watched Daisy's misfortune unfold. She slipped on a puddle of mud, her graceful fall obscured by a cacophony of cries that resembled an animal being slaughtered. It was hard to suppress my laughter as she struggled to rise, her once pristine face now entirely covered in mud. Looking in my direction, Daisy's eyes met mine, and her face contorted with a mixture of humiliation and rage. "You think this is funny? Laughing at me? Idiot" she spat, her voice dripping with disdain.

Jordan rushed to her to ask her why she was crying. “Nothing, my child, something just got into my eyes.” Daisy said as she pretended to be checking her eyes in the mirror. Jordan felt that something was not right because of how gloomy everyone’s expressions were but he could not tell what it was. Maybe the gathering made them sad, he didn’t know. He just wanted to be done so that he wolf go back to his video game.

Rolling her eyes at their antics, Xavier stepped out, leaving the lively trio behind. Excitement filled the room as Liam, proudly brandishing his new paint set and toys, declared, “I’ll show my friends this when I go to school tomorrow.” The vibrant energy, however, abruptly shifted as Daisy’s expression transformed into one of sadness, her eyes reflecting a profound melancholy. Noticing Daisy’s sudden change, Xavier called out to her, gently holding her small hands. “Hey, why do you look so sad?” he asked, histone soft and comforting. Daisy's POV Nina has been extremely happy ever since the other night we confided in each other. I was proud of my efforts and I always smiled at intervals. But on this day, I could see that the sadness was back again and it was making me depressed. I know the reason behind it because the day Damien called and I excused them, I got a call from Sidney. He said he would like to take me out. I quickly got dressed and informed Nadia that I was be going out. I thought of informing Nina about it too when I heard her yelling. The last statement caught my attention and my mouth was agape in shock.

"Seth, it's going to be okay, don't call in bankruptcy on your late dad's company yet." Daisy's voice was barely above whispers yet laced with hope. "I will come over to your house by tomorrow, I think I might have found a way to fix our problem." Daisy said as she stared in bewilderment at her door. "Seth, I will call you back, I think someone is inside my room." Her voice was laced with trepidation and anxiety. Before Seth Nathaniel could say a word, Daisy Hunter ended the call. Her heart raced, Beads of sweat built down her cheeks as she walked slowly towards her door.
