*1 day back* Zane had never seen Daisy, act this crazy. She was throwing stuff one moment, then holding his hand the other. She was crying one moment and then hugging Zane, the other, and doing both, another moment. "I- I can't let you go Zane",said Daisy, sobbing. "I-I just c-cant" "I know",said Zane, wiping his tears. "But if you don't, you'll die" "I don't care",said Daisy. "I don't care"

If she disappears now, surely no one will notice or be sad. Daisy doesn't want to go back to work, so she decides to cross the street to catch the car and back home. Daisy is just setting her foot on the road, a motorcycle speeds up and crashes into her. His hand snatched the phone in Daisy's hand, and darts away. Daisy falls onto the cold pavement. She feels warm liquid running from her neck and down her back. But Daisy feels no pain. A woman's voice squeals very near her, "She's been in an accident. Come and help!” Strange faces surround Daisy, screams… but then they all fade and disappear. In Daisy's eyes, there is only a green space filled with young tamarind leaves...

DAISY “I’m… I’m sorry, Daisy,” she says and starts crying again. “I didn’t mean for your birthday party to be ruined.” Evasion technique. Great. “But it's already ruined,” I sigh heavily. “Anyway, forget about it. I just want you to take care of yourself and recover.”

Chelle had already seen the redness in her eyes. “Wait… have you been crying?” Chelle crossed the room, her voice gentle but firm. Daisy tried to blink away the tears, but they came spilling out anyway. Chelle sat beside her, and Daisy buried her face into her shoulder. “Girl, you better start talking to me,” Chelle murmured. “I just—” Daisy sniffled. “I miss Mom. A lot.” Chelle’s chest tightened. “Oh my God, Daisy… I miss her too. But seeing you like this—” she paused, brushing a tear from Daisy’s cheek. “It breaks me, babe.”

Daisy looked at me, and bowed her head, smiling underneath. "I'm not shy. I'm just sad because mommy hasn't come yet to visit me. She didn't keep her promise."

I hear Daisy exclaim in exasperation, bringing me back to the present. Daniel laughs, "Do I look that foolish? Moroeever, can you even beat me up aline, shortie." He stuck his tongue at her and I can't help but watch them with a rare smile on my face, my heart warming at the sight of Daisy, the shorter of the two, chasing after her taller brother, Daniel. Daisy's little legs prevent her from catching up to him, and she eventually gives up, sinking down onto the floor in tears. Her eyes well up, and her drooped head makes her look incredibly adorable and cute. I can't hold it in any longer and burst out laughing.

But Coco seemed adamant about moving away from her, his tail wagging with excitement. Suddenly, my amusement grew as I watched Daisy's misfortune unfold. She slipped on a puddle of mud, her graceful fall obscured by a cacophony of cries that resembled an animal being slaughtered. It was hard to suppress my laughter as she struggled to rise, her once pristine face now entirely covered in mud. Looking in my direction, Daisy's eyes met mine, and her face contorted with a mixture of humiliation and rage. "You think this is funny? Laughing at me? Idiot" she spat, her voice dripping with disdain.

, She wanted to go to work but seeing how upset and broken she was, she decided maybe it was's voice a good idea, She called the head master for the school and asked for a sick leave, The headmaster had been understanding and told her she could resume any time she wanted to, Daisy drove out of her yard and went straight to the lake house, when she got there, she switched off her phone and went to her mother's old room, All her things were there, she kneeled down in front of the bed and let all her furstation out, She cried and asked why this was happening to her,

Jordan rushed to her to ask her why she was crying. “Nothing, my child, something just got into my eyes.” Daisy said as she pretended to be checking her eyes in the mirror. Jordan felt that something was not right because of how gloomy everyone’s expressions were but he could not tell what it was. Maybe the gathering made them sad, he didn’t know. He just wanted to be done so that he wolf go back to his video game.
