Damian simply hung up the call and kept his Cellphone aside. There was absolutely no way he's telling her about it.. They spoke on the call for less than ten minutes and after dropping the call, he walked out of the office. Damian walked into his hotel room from the balcony with a stick of cigarette between his lips. He wore a black leather short that exposed a bit of his Calvin Klein boxers. His upper body was left exposed, making his tattoo visible enough under the blue background light. He walked over to a cushion chair and sat, flipping his laptop open and turning it on. He typed in some numbers with his right hand, while his left hand held a glass of alcohol. He dropped his glass of the table and picked up the laptop, leaning back comfortably on the chair.

He carried no laptop, no files, just himself. And somehow, that was enough. “Ms. Whitmore,” he greeted with a smooth nod. “Mr. Adams.” Ryan stiffened. “You know my name.” Damian smiled slightly. “I make it a habit to know the names of those who protect people I’m interested in.” Ryan’s eyes widened. “Interested? In what sense?” Damian looked at Aria. “In the business sense,” he said with a calm that didn’t fool anyone. Ryan reluctantly sat. Damian pulled out a chair opposite Aria and sat down. “I assume you’ve heard by now. I own Blackwood Holdings.”

He continued on and spotted his friend, the owner of the club, whom he approached and greeted with a handshake. "You're late today, what happened?" his friend inquired curiously. "I had a small engagement that kept me longer than expected, but hey, I'm here now," Damian replied with a wide grin. When Damian smiled, everyone seemed to be enthralled by his charm. He was well aware of his good looks and charisma, and he never hesitated to exploit them when necessary. "Why is the music so loud and uninspiring tonight?" he questioned. "The DJ had another commitment and couldn't make it, so we had to find a last-minute replacement," his friend explained.

He’s a tamer version of Dante with the right amount of Damien mixed up in one just as deadly combination. The heavy door at the back of the room opened with a soft, rubbery *swoosh* of weather-stripping. Damien Blackwood walked in alone. He didn't carry a briefcase, nor did he bring a team of standard defense associates. He wore a dark, form-fitting knit sweater that emphasized the broad line of his shoulders—the same shoulders Elias had dug his fingernails into while the generator hummed beneath them. Between his thumb and forefinger, Damien held a single black data stick, its silver casing catching the sharp glare of the window blinds as he moved toward the right side of the aisle.

She was suddenly a fan girl and brought pause. “That’s me, guilty as charged.” He semi-leaned on the hood and looked her over. “I have to say, she is sexy, but I might have been wrong, you might be a little sexier.” He grinned. “I’m Luke, some call me Damian in private, and others call me a bastard. You, however, can call me anything you want.” He was hitting on her hard. “I’m Hope,” she said looking him over.

Damian laid in his tub, head to the ceiling as he soaked in the hot water that had now turned warm, it felt nice, he didn't want to leave the comfort he was feeling right now and walk out that door into the world that wanted nothing but to see him fail, He couldn't let that happen though, he wouldn't let that happen, too many sacrifices had been made for him to get to this point and he fully intended on staying at this point for as long as God would let him. He closed his eyes and fully immersed himself in his thought when he heard the sound of the bedroom door being opened followed by the soft and gentle footsteps that he now knew were Luca's, He opened his mouth to say something cocky and
