The Light's Shadow

The Light's Shadow

I clear my voice and took a deep breath as I mentally prepare myself to read this monstrosity. ’I love you. I know for a fact that I will never be able to understand why you question how much I do... But you have given me something I’ve never had. And that’s my shadow. Love isn’t selfless, sweet, or innocent. Love is dark, selfish, and passionate. And I wouldn’t have known what love genuinely was without you. Love is a dangerous drug with intoxicating feelings as side effects. You may think being my shadow is terrible, but what is light without its darkness? What’s a life without the inevitable death? You must realize how much you mean to me, right? I even made this sappy speech for you. But

Shadow Bound

Shadow Bound

“You think you’re the only one?” “You wound me, Delia,” Gray chuckles. She slaps his arm playfully, letting him know it's time to get serious. He straightens up, as all signs of amusement snap from his face in a split second and holds still while she goes to work on the chain in his hands. She places both of her hands a few inches above the metal and whispers some incantation until a low blue glow can be seen from underneath her palms. When the glow fades she moves her warm copper brown hands and sighs.

Again I love this! I have red all 3 books and I think I liked this one the most. It’s the first book where it is not the mighty alpha who can have everyone and everything and because of it I feel it is more relatable or something :) but I love every book of this series and I will gladly continue ...

BETROTHED TO THE ALPHA MAFIA KING

BETROTHED TO THE ALPHA MAFIA KING

A piece of his influence bleeding into the world. Then I heard it. A deep, guttural growl from the shadows. Lena spun, gun raised. “We’ve got company.” From the darkness of the ruins, figures emerged—cloaked in black, their faces obscured. Their eyes glowed silver. Niko cursed under his breath. “Shadowborn.” Damian didn’t hesitate. His gun was in his hand in an instant. “Kill them all.” The battle erupted in an instant. The Shadowborn lunged, their movements unnatural, inhuman. I barely had time to react before one was on me, its clawed hands reaching for my throat.

Shadows of the past

Shadows of the past

Jamal cherished their friendship dearly, unaware of Natasha's growing desire for something more. One Wednesday morning after a rigorous gym session, Natasha's car halted in an unfamiliar neighborhood. Rain started pouring heavily as she struggled to diagnose the issue. Her attempts to call for help were thwarted by a lack of signal, leaving her stranded. Fortunately, fate intervened as Jamal jogged by, recognizing Natasha and offering his assistance. He shielded her from the downpour and inspected the car, realizing it was beyond his expertise he then suggested they head to his nearby house while the rain persisted. Clouded By The Stars: New Moon

Both would be stuck longer in Dark Fear than Razor. The second thing about Dark Shadow was her speed. According to Psycho, Dark Shadow was eerily quick. Her speed was comparable to 6 Stars and Razor had witnessed that for himself. What he initially thought was an overestimation by an enamoured follower had turned into surprise from witnessing the truth for himself. Indeed, Dark Shadow was much faster than anything he had ever faced.

Flameheart; Rise Of An Alpha Magnate

Flameheart; Rise Of An Alpha Magnate

The darkness coiled around them like a living entity, and the battle began in earnest. Flameheart stood at the entrance of the desolate realm, the atmosphere heavy with twisted energies. The ground was barren, cracked, and parched, while shadows danced menacingly, whispering secrets of despair. From the darkness emerged the first wave of foes. The Shadowborn, dark humanoid figures with elongated limbs and razor-sharp claws, their eyes glowing with malice. “Come forth, Flameheart!” Ambrosia shouted, her voice echoing as she summoned dark energies, tendrils of shadow reaching towards him.

Loving Alpha Darkness.

Loving Alpha Darkness.

Darkness cracked his neck to the side, releasing his shadows so they could play. The moment Alpha Derrick moved, Darkness's shadows caught him by the leg, and flung him away. Alpha Derrick's Wolf hit the barricade with a loud thump, before he could regain himself, shadows wrapped around him, squeezing him tightly, consuming his darkness. The wolf roared, biting the shadows, trying to get them off him but he bit nothing but air.

Shadows of Deception

Shadows of Deception

Everything was cleared out, except the sofa and bed. I walked to the kitchen to see if there was anything when suddenly, I heard a beep from my phone. Looking at it, I noticed a service bar, but it quickly disappeared. What the heck? I neared the door, and it was turning off and on. Peeking out the window, I made sure the coast was clear and opened the door to walk out. Holding my phone, I got two bars and quickly dialed Sinister’s number. “Sin-“ I said as I was cut short by Sudden pain and everything went black.
