Deadly Dream Novels & Stories

He had to get the rest of her, they were seventeen now and he couldn’t wait for them to turn eighteen if he could actually do the things he wanted to her. The things they dreamed about. He had studied things purposely to please his mate, along with his brother of course. Ife sat in history class distracted by her thoughts until the subject spoke of Alpha Princess Fallon from the past. This was the same person the school was named after. The more she learnt of her the weirder her dreams became, almost like she was living out her life. The most cruel one was of the little girl snatching her heart out of her chest. On the last day, everything made sense!

I released a breath, settling back into my seat. "I had some crazy dreams," Derek muttered as his blue gaze connected with mine. His thumb rotated in circles on the back of my hand. "We were back at your house, and you were running from me. The whole time I was freaking out because there were biters everywhere and I couldn't get to you before they attacked you. After I watched you turn into one, the nightmare would just start all over again." "That's horrible." I squinted in sympathy. "Is that why you were asking for me so much?"

An unknown contact, yet the content is unmistakable – a picture of a battered Daren accompanied by a chilling message: "72 hours are up, Elena."

She lay there until she was sure that the person was gone. Immediately she noticed that he was outta sight, she came out from the bed with cautious steps and went outside to peep, to see what was going on. Lots of dead bodies lay on the floor, people were murdered in cold blood that brought shivers down her spine. She couldn't believe that Beta Derek was so wicked that he didn't care about shedding innocent people's blood just for the throne. I couldn't believe how much my father trusted and respected him and yet he turned out to be our worst nightmare.

-I'll fight my fears, Jay, I'll do it for you -I walked over and sat to the side across from him- I promise you my monsters won't defeat me. I realized that what he said was true, I had died in my sleep, one of my fears was to sleep and be trapped in one of my nightmares, not knowing what was real or not. This thing I was living was like a very bad nightmare. And there were monsters lurking: Death, damned souls, and God knows what else I'd be about to discover. Once upon a time a girl was trapped in a nightmare with many monsters to face, Once upon a time a girl was afraid of the dark, demons were about to cross over.

I heard screaming for so long, keeping me awake for a while before I gave up. I tried to drown out the sound. A sigh leaves my lips as I get out of bed and open my door, going down the hall to Death's room and opening the door before sliding in and closing it quietly. I quietly crawled into the bed beside him and surprisingly. Death, the God of the Underworld, cuddled with me. Yup, you heard me right, he is cuddling with me. A small smile grazes my lips as I close my eyes letting him pull me into him and soon fall asleep.

I couldn't feel her anymore and that scared me more than anything. "What just happened!!!" Neil demanded and I stared up at Sally in horror. "They beat her. They almost raped her! I can't feel her!! IS SHE DEAD?!!" I frantically ran toward Sally. She shook her head as tears poured down her face. "I... I don't know. Maybe she passed out?" she offered with anguish on her face. We all froze for a moment. "If she's passed out, can you do the dream spell?" Vic asked and Sally nodded slowly at first but then stronger.

Men, women, and children lie dead across the ground with blood soaking the earth beneath them. Sometimes there are body parts scattered everywhere. Sometimes entire buildings collapse while people scream for help. The part that haunts me the most is always Xavier. I always see him dead, his head severed from his body while his lifeless grey eyes stare directly at me. Every single time I wake up shaking violently and drenched in sweat, unable to erase the horrifying images from my mind and almost immediately afterward, the pain returns all over again. And as I curl up on my bed writhing in pain, I always wonder why I’m even worried about the dream coming true.

The dreams returned that night, darker than before. Elena dreamed of a vast, empty plain, the sky black and starless, the horizon swallowed by an endless void. The ground beneath her feet was cracked and barren, the soil dead and dry, crumbling to dust with every step. A wind howled across the plain, carrying whispers that she couldn't quite understand—ancient words, half-formed, promising oblivion. And then, she saw a figure in the distance, tall and cloaked in shadow. It stood motionless, watching her with eyes that burned like dying stars, twin pits of malevolence that seemed to pierce through her very soul.

Drakken woke up with a start, sweat pouring down his face. He had just had a terrible dream, one where his deceased mother was crying out for justice. In the dream, she told him that evil was lurking within the Kingdom, brought by a stranger. The stranger was the only one in the pack who didn't belong, and she warned him to be careful. The dream was so vivid that it felt real, and it left Drakken feeling uneasy.
