Death Laura Thalassa Novels & Stories

We’re in Sapphire Lake*, Alice said, though even her voice seemed a little shaky. She lifted her head, panting and looking out the window as dawn began to stretch gently across the sky, lightening it and bringing the new day. She couldn’t escape her memories as Laura any more than she could escape Alice. Laura would never be put to rest until she knew who killed her. It was the only way to free herself and actually live as Laurel. She had to go back. Her heart clenched with terror and Alice rumbled. *Trust our mate. * If only it was that easy.

If for anything, but for her selfless role in stopping Laura. "What your savior was trying to say was that anyone who breaks the staff will die with me." Laura struggled to get feet, holding her right shoulder. The arm dangled, as blood rolled down to the ground in streams.

Otherwise, they would continue investigating without any clues. The sun began to set. Laura went to the stadium to attend Lindsay's concert, while Felix waited for results at the headquarters in Kashmere. The team lead was a middle-aged woman, code-named Marley Thompson, who looked exceptionally competent. "Mr. Zeller, here's the complete file on the deceased." Felix frowned through the first part. As far as he could tell, nothing seemed like a useful investigative lead. Then, he reached the page with interviews of the victim's relatives and friends. "Body odor?"

Laura shouted, trying to make herself audible over the commands that flew in the air. "More water!" "Needles here!" "On it!" "We need to stitch." "Blood!" "Here!" "More blood!" "On it!" "Hurry!" Dizziness swayed Delice's step and Laura rushed to her side so she wouldn't slump. Her infected hand dangled lifelessly by her side. She was turning green, looking even more lifeless than a vampire should. "You are dying." Laura's voice trembled. She was the less injured one in this situation and at that moment, she wished she had been the one taking Delice's place instead.

The whole room is silent to the point you can hear the sound of a pin drop. "That's Marisa's mother, right?" Jonathan speaks. "Fuck." I run my hands through my hair. "Yeah." Of course her death is on all the TV channels, Laura was a very successful woman who was well known in New York and places in the united states.

Gova was the goat who sniffed the poisoned rose flower I fetched Laura, inhaled the poison and died. But it was a wonder to hear, Laura was still mourning her. “Not really, Cassey, but I do remember many times.” Laura’s voice was the cold voice of an emotionally derailed patient. Gova was her best friend, and was never my target, but her carelessness bought her the death she was not meant to die.

I take my seat at the head of the table as the twelve men in my inner circle all sit down after me. "Proceed." I say leaning back in my chair, starring at the projector screen. "Laura's autopsy shows that she had traces of highly concentrated Carfentanil. She was missing for three days before her body randomly popped up near the Docs. All evidence points to a kidnapping." Alexi continues. "Any ideas on what really happened?" I say skimming over the file with photos of Laura's body floating in the water. Her blue eyes lifeless and her clear skin so pale.
