He pushes over the pad and paper and I write his number down on it before sliding it back to him “thank you” he mutters with a smile and I nod sending him one back. “I wanted to let you know that the death of Mr. Bae wasn't the only death that occurred” he said and my eyebrows furrowed.

His eyes fix on me a few seconds longer than I'm comfortable with but finally, he turns away and scribbles on his notebook. “Does this whole scenario seem familiar, Luna?”. It’s at least fifteen doors from mine. Missile and Grouch storm in, but I can already see the lifeless body of Ryan “Roddy” Grimes on the bed. I step in the room and see a needle sticking right out of his fucking arm. His skin is already discolored, he’s been dead a couple days. And nobody even realized it. Some brotherhood we are.

I looked in Mason's direction and I saw him also pouring himself a drink. "You should watch how you drink," I cautioned him using the mind link, he paused what he was doing before raising his head to face me. "You can't drink here," I added. "My story is based on death and its weakness," "Death and its weakness?" Alpha Zayne asked from where he sat. "Yes, death found its weakness," She answered, I heard a faint giggle after she said that.

I never knew the name was my executioner. "You’ve reached the end of the page, Hazel," a voice boomed. It wasn't a sound in the air. It was a thought placed directly into my brain. "Every story needs a finale. And yours is a tragedy." The giant fountain pen descended. The nib was as sharp as a spear, dripping with ink that looked like melted stars. It touched the ground a mile away, and a massive wave of white emptiness started to erase the city. People weren't dying; they were just vanishing. They were being un-drawn.
