Menceritakan persahabatan antara Nabila, Nadia dan Reihan . Mereka terjebak cinta segitiga namun pada akhirnya Nabila menikah dengan Reihan . Nadia marah besar dan berkata pada Nabila kalau masih menganggapnya sahabat maka Nabila harus memberikan bukti. Bukti nya adalah bahwa Nabila tidak boleh memiliki anak sebelum Nadia menikah dan memiliki anak duluan. Nabila menuruti permintaan Nadia, dan menunda kehamilan, tanpa sepengetahuan Reihan, setiap kali mereka melakukan hubungan intim maka Nabila akan meminum Pil KB.
