Doing me to the fullest

Doing me to the fullest

Chapter 83: The Hearth and the Hunger The Beast didn't let go. His grip on Jade’s ribs shifted from a crush to a cage. He hauled her upward, her boots dangling inches above the permafrost, and began to move. He didn't walk; he prowled, dragging her toward the gaping, rusted maw of the Seed Vault.

The Mating Game

The Mating Game

I wanted to go far away from my pack. I could hear the hounds barking in the distance, their howls echoing through the trees. As I plugged deeper into the forest, the darkness surrounded me like a cloak—an eerie silence. I immediately fell to the ground and used leaves to hide myself; my legs could no longer carry me. Memories of my past trickled back into my consciousness, each one a puzzle piece that fits into the larger picture of my life. I remembered my family, my friends, my hopes, and my dreams. I had lost everything.

Deadly Game

Deadly Game

Aria The stench of stagnant water and rust filled my lungs as Zero and I stumbled out of the sewer drainage pipe, collapsing into the muddy grass of the canal bank. The iron foundry was miles behind us now, but the echo of the gunfire still reverberated in my ears. And so did the sight of that obsidian mask.

Asterion

Asterion

I nodded and led the way back to the main room. While Amphidocus sat and ate, the girls peppered him with questions, mostly wanting to know how the remaining tributes were holding up. I stayed at the back near the exit. Deciding that I should probably make myself busy elsewhere, I turned to leave. I didn’t get very far before I felt someone tug at my elbow.

Such an interesting & sweet twist to the Minotaur's story. Loved it! Asterion was so well depicted & emotionally drawn. The ending & epilogues were just so heart touching. I was very moved by the ending. Thanks for a very lovely, moving story.

I loved this story. I started reading it twice before, then just read it all way through over the last couple of days. I really want more like this! It was such a great twist on the Minotaur Myths and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Moon Goddess, I Choose a New Fate

Moon Goddess, I Choose a New Fate

KATNISS Rebirth was supposed to give me certainty. Instead, it stole it. The silence of Hassan’s private suite in the Silvercrest grand estate felt entirely too heavy, like the quiet right before a bomb detonated. I paced back and forth across the plush velvet rug, my emerald silk dress rustling sharply with every frantic step. The phantom taste of blood and wolfsbane was back in my mouth, burning the back of my throat. Fuck. Fuck! "Stop pacing, Katniss. You're going to wear a trench in the floor," Hassan said flatly.

Dawn of the Hunters

Dawn of the Hunters

“What trauma did you survive for your beast to be locked away for so long.” In the next breath, Nyctimus opens the book, flipping the pages quickly until it lands on a page that depicts a black tree with twisted trunk and branches. “Here is your tree hunter. It lies in the deepest parts of the forest in Mir.” “Mir?” I say surprised. Mir was on the other side of MacTire, sitting just above Lewe. Where the humans were buried in mass graves. Home to the urban jungle as most called it. I had heard about the forest that covered a city.

I love this series. It is well written with indepth characterter development that keeps various aspects connected. So many highs and lows that keeps the story interesting. Rhet’s story is touching and provides a deeper understanding of why he is a knight.

To the writer, thank you for sharing your wonderful stories and talent. I felt like one of the characters...by the way my favorites are Lamia, Kellen, Tala and Leneve

Elemental Lycan : The Devine Elemental

Elemental Lycan : The Devine Elemental

But eventually, the primal hunger of the run settled into a different kind of heat. When they finally shifted back in a secluded thicket, the air was thick with the scent of pine and pheromones. Ginny stood, breathless and trembling, her skin glowing in the moonlight. When she saw Jax standing before her—clothed in nothing but a predatory, satisfied smile—the "live wire" Leela had talked about finally snapped.

The Wolf's Game

The Wolf's Game

I ignore it. The Herald glides forward. “The next Game begins where beauty dies fastest. Where roots devour and petals lie.” The hall shudders. Light fractures across the floor, spreading outward in branching veins until it touches each of us. The ground gives way, and the world drops out from beneath my feet. We land in the greenhouse. Only it isn’t the same as before. The air is thick with pollen, creating a golden haze that makes it both difficult to see and breathe. The vines that once climbed delicately up the glass now writhe like serpents. Flowers bloom and rot in the same breath. The smell is sweet enough to choke on.

When the Truth Cuts Deep

When the Truth Cuts Deep

The weather was lovely, and the scenery was breathtaking. We also saw sprawling grasslands and beautiful lakes. The snow-capped mountains made everything look like a painting. However, things went wrong when we reached a higher altitude. I had altitude sickness and became short of breath. I didn't notice anything when we were having fun, but I passed out on the bus. A man who was on the same tour approached me and failed to wake me up despite calling me several times. Left with no choice, he'd taken me to the nearest hospital for some oxygen.
