My heart was about to burst from the terror as my soul gave up on me. “Please.. Let me go..” I whispered, crawling back. He moved to my ears and whispered in his deep husky voice, submerging me in dread, “Letting you go was never an option.” *** A human mate. Humans... Creatures he despises at the bottom of his heart.
