she replied and I nodded in acknowledgement. “Do you, Dara Circe Maga accept me as your Alpha, Skatom Mochain as your pack and as the mate of the Delta promise to protect and defend your pack and uphold our laws?” I asked. “I, Dara Circe Maga, accept you Alpha Baylor Alan Dunne as my Alpha, Skatom Mochain as my pack, and as the mate of the Delta, I promise to protect and defend our pack and uphold our laws,” Dara vowed. I took the blade and sliced across my palm and handed her the blade to do the same to her own. When we joined hands I felt her pack link spark to life. “Welcome home Delta Dara,” I said. “Thank you Alpha,” she replied and bowed her head in submission.

Declan, the newly announced Delta of the pack, turned out to be Rowena’s mate. There was a sparkle in her eyes I had never seen before and honestly, love looked gorgeous on her; it suited her and complimented her already beautiful features.
