“I want an answer; where is your boss, Mr. Smith?” Blood drips to the floor as the four Americans hang in pain upside down. Lucifer stands up as his tall, dark shadow approaches the guys hanging. Tilting his head sideways, he steps closer; the footsteps make their hearts pound. When Lucifer was around, depression took hold of your energy, particularly the positive. It starts to make you doubt your good days; even when everything seems to be going right, depression is like a cold hand and breath on your shoulder, reminding you it's still there. I hear him sigh before he leaves muttering I'm an idiot.
