Der Eisendrache Shield Locations Novels & Stories

“Then we will get news of their whereabouts from Dergesier. All the same, it is a good starting place.” Ryder sighed and looked away from her to his feet, he rocked his body slowly back and forth, focusing on his breathing. Another Khione, another girl, another attempt. He took in a deep breath and let it out noisily through his mouth, he could handle. He would handle. “Rocheveron lies between us and Dergesier.” Iris continued. “It is almost a three day ride to the Eldham border, crossing into Rocheveron and about a day’s ride or more through Rocheveron into the Oerth forest.”

Said Luese then he left without saying another word. Back in Earth Metal Sekora put away the sword, then she and D2 ported back to Earth while Stefan tried to locate another sword and Elsa went home. Stefan used his power and found the next sword location which was near the Swallowing swamp. Stefan and Savannah prepared to help Sekora get the sword with some training.

"The automated security grid woke up when the Sovereign fired that EMP pulse during the river bend fight. High Command was prepping a heavy drill team to force the primary bulkhead, but... but now Vanguard Nine is gone." "Where is the entrance?" I asked, my Sovereign voice steady, though my heart was hammering against my ribs. "Four miles south," Voss muttered weakly. "Under the old granite quarry. The surface lift is buried under fifty feet of rubble, but the secondary air intake shaft is still accessible if you have the clearance codes." "Tristan," I said, standing up from my chair. "Get those codes from his command drive. Keep him fed, watered, and locked down."

"You stay here. You be the Shield for the palace." Leo nodded, his eyes glowing with a calm, gold light. He walked to the glass and sat down next to Nevan. The child and the ghost, together in the silence. The flight to Sicily was a blur of violet-tinted clouds and the humming of the engines. I didn't use the satellites to scan the coast; I knew the Viteri territory was shielded by the same lead-lined hills that had hidden the bunker in Tver.

The air changed as they neared the industrial edge of Lunastre. The crisp mountain scent vanished. It was replaced by the suffocating stench of diesel, rotting fish, and salt. Sora stood on the rusted roof of a warehouse overlooking the Corvin docks. Below them, the harbor was a fortress of shipping containers and armed patrols. Large floodlights swept across the dark water, their beams cutting through the thick coastal fog. "There. Pier 9," Elior whispered, pointing toward a reinforced hangar at the end of the dock. "That is where Aidan moved the primary lab. It is the only building with a dedicated power grid and independent oxygen scrubbers."

Something real. “They’ll come after our supply line,” Leah said during a meeting. “Or one of us. Something they know can’t be protected by a firewall. They’ll try to slip in another way.” And she was right. A few weeks later, an alert came through. It was urgent. A convoy moving rare shielding equipment; parts used to help keep the Echo locked in its glass prison had been attacked. The equipment was made in secret and was being transported carefully across the Nevada desert. Now it was gone.

“Pack the core. We’re abandoning this base.” Cole gaped at him. “You’re serious? You want to run?” “I want to survive,” Damian snapped. “Carter’s moving faster than we thought. He’ll hit this location next.” “Where do we go?” Eli asked. “West. There’s a ridge with an old relay station—off-grid, shielded. We move within five minutes.” Damian’s tone left no room for argument. Eli turned to the armory, his hands shaking as he opened the hidden panel. Behind it sat a small silver case with a biometric lock. He pressed his thumb against the scanner. The case hissed open. Inside, weapons, encrypted drives, and hard cash.

The steel tips didn't pierce the shield; they violently dissolved into tiny puffs of grey dust that the biting mountain wind instantly scattered into the abyss. Elena, Gideon shouted, his silver eyes flashing with a severe, ancient urgency as he kept the barrier raised against the Council's line. The lower trenches are mapped into the old iron mine shafts. The stone down there is raw, unrefined moonstone. If you stay here, the ambient minerals will choke your wolf until you can't even stand. You have to move now, before Trevor seals the drainage vents!

“They’ll be waiting.” I nodded. “Let them.” I turned to Callum. “Can you walk?” He sat up slowly, his body shaking — but he stood. “I won’t let them win,” he said. “Then let’s end this,” I replied. Dawn broke over steel and frost as we packed our gear and loaded into the black transport vehicle Sage had hidden beneath the forest floor. The coordinates in Callum’s mind — the Eidolon core — pointed to an abandoned deep-earth facility beneath Reykjavik. Shielded, fortified.

He kicked over the rusted metal table, the screech of iron against concrete sounding like a scream in the hollow space, and began to prime the few remaining chemical canisters left in the factory's old dyeing vat. "The ventilation shaft in the rear," Enzo whispered, his voice as sharp and cold as a surgical blade. "It leads to the loading docks. If we can get through before they breach the main stairwell, we have a chance. But Jade—the laptop has to go dark. Now. The thermal signature of that battery is glowing like a flare on their HUDs."
