I tried to get some sleep but I couldn't stop staring out of the window and looking at the beautiful landscape that we passed, from the tree's to the passing of the sea it was all just beautiful. The car stopped outside this huge house. It was painted a white colour and had glass pannels everywhere to let all the light in. It had a big set of concrete stairs that led to the glass front door. We all climbed out of the car and Scarlet led us through the front door and down a corridor where she knocked at the door and waited until a very deep voice said "Enter". "Nico, Keira and Arizer are here."

She grunted, pulling out a crystal no bigger than a pinky from where the Golem's eyes should have been and promptly crushed it, causing the Golem to dissolve into dust "Fuck!" He groaned His eye color became the darkest of night, spreading from his pupils until all of it was covered in pitch black inkiness, he growled low as he half shifted into Night beast, one of the forms he'd been gifted with, howling and swiping with blackened claws and spiky potrusions he made quick work of the remaining three beasts, leaving him a panting mess. "The humans" He said in a voice much too outwordly "what the fuck are we going to do about them!"

I growl, but pick up the glass, "yeah, yeah, I have no choice, it'd be nice for my fated to just drop out of the sky and slam into me." Steve clinks his glass to mine, then Chris, "may the goddess bless you tomorrow," he downs his drink and slams it down on my desk. I down my own and slam my glass down and it shatters, I grown, "yeah, just like my life right now, shattered pieces," I frown as I grab the trash can and swipe the broken pieces into it. I hear Steve chuckle, "Bro, you're priceless, giving up all hope of a miracle." He slaps my back, "see you in the morning sunshine, I have a mate to get home too."

Later, he spat out blood, and his body suddenly slumped at speed visible to the naked eye. Steve smiled contemptuously, and he moved like a ghost as he swung the saber continuously. He did not use any spells, not even sorcery. Instead, Steve just utilized the most common Holy Land Realm's release of spiritual Qi. However, Caspian, Jessica, and Solana felt a colossal crisis. Then, Caspian stepped forward, waving the Eight Desolate God-Terminator Halberd with a peerless edge. "The Gaze of Death!"

Then, without another word, he reached into the folds of his coat and drew out a small, dark glass bottle. The glass was thick… black as obsidian and not a single ray of sunlight could pierce through it. But something inside moved… sluggish and alive. Chapter Ten: The Sound of Splintering Glass The dream came on the third night after the Vault. Isabelle stood in a forest she did not know, beneath a sky that seethed with embered clouds. Trees stretched like blackened bones, their bark veined with red light. She could hear something behind her breathing , almost. The wind moved like ash through her hair. A variety of a dozen or so tents litter the small clearing. A small group is gathered around a fire, far off to our right, on the edge of the clearing, consisting of three Omegas Cody, David and Tony, and an Elder, Alazaer. The Omegas are each holding a glass beer bottle and seem to be taking turns trying to get Alazaer to laugh. However, each time, he just raises a thick gray eyebrow at them with a blank and unamused expression on his tan wrinkled face.

Aria I stood up quickly; the chair rolled back slightly. My hands rushed to smooth my trousers. I wasn't wearing my glasses, and my vision of the figure by the door was nothing but a blur. "Um…” I stuttered weakly. "I just wanted to…” the words broke before they could form. The door clicked shut behind him. He stepped further into the room, his footsteps slow and deliberate. "I never thought you were the type to admire material things," he said, his voice calm, almost amused as he continued closing the distance between us like he had all the time in the world.
