Avalea I don’t know how long I was unconscious, but when I come to, I’m once again staring into the Werewolf’s silver-gray eyes. They’re not glowing this time, thanks to the bright sunlight flooding the hut. I try to sit up, but wince as pain shoots up my leg. I’m still feeling light-headed. The DNA will give you the ability to transform into a werewolf. All we know about werewolves is that they used to live in packs and have a strict hierarchy inside these packs. Basically, Alpha and Luna are the highest, then beta and omega is the lowest. As far as we know they could transform whenever they want, and the status of the moon had no influence. "Kill the woman. Leave the two alive. We need them to show their pack that it's not good to be under people's tails." Steven and Mavin quickly shielded themselves from me. "Sunny Clyde, I am very sorry about this." Mavin said, and I saw him transformed into a big wolf, too! I immediately walked backward. The other wolves started to attack Mavin and Steven. I can hear them whimpering like a dog who was hit. "Waah!" I yelled when a wolf suddenly charged toward me. Steven immediately shielded himself from me and punched the wolf. "Steven, watch out!"

Anguish and despair intertwined in my chest as Tyler hired a private detective in the hope of bringing Hope back to us. In a moment of desperation, I decided to go to the ice cream shop, where we had been before Hope went missing. The manager, understanding the gravity of the situation, agreed to show me the security camera footage. Watching the recordings, I saw the familiar scene: Hope playing with other children on the playground. However, despair overcame me when she began to move away, as if drawn by something. The manager zoomed in on the mysterious figure appearing on the screen, revealing a hooded man with red eyes. My heart froze as I realized it was a werewolf.

"Put her on trial! Give her punishment!" Familiar pack mates of the past bared their fangs at me, glaring viciously as if they wanted to tear me to pieces right then and there. My body trembled even more violently; my wolf , dormant for years, was stimulated into waking and kept sending desperate pleas to Silas. Tears streamed endlessly from my eyes as I tried to soothe my wolf . The witch's face blurred before my eyes; she hesitated for a moment and looked up at Silas on the dais.

It was no other than Jake and Barbara, one of the omega wolves that had her bedroom door on Jake and Melody's same floor. Jake, in his wolf form, jumped over the she-wolf's back, biting its back. Barbara joined in, biting the wolf's front left leg, making sure it is broken to make her weaker. The she-wolf whined at the snap of the bone-breaking, falling to the ground. Jake and Barbara quickly moved away watching the she-wolf turn into her human form. To our horror, the woman before us was no other than a replica of the enchantress's image, looking more pale and frightened than the original one.

The frantic pounding of my heart grows ever so violently against my chest. I can feel the frigid warmth of their body heat ricocheting through me; like an ironic joke compared to the ice-cold shiver consuming my entire body. I can’t move, I can’t think, and I can’t breathe. Like I'm stuck, paralyzed from the head down. Could it be the wolf shifter from 7 years ago? Is this really my last day? But even if so, I decide I will not go down without a fight.

"Stop acting like we're best friends." Liana looked at the gun held limply by his hand. It was facing down and the safety was on. She charged at him and they both fell, his head hitting the floor with a thud. She winced and tried to get up but he grabbed her hand. She tried to bite his while pulled her down with so much strength that she fell on top of him. She heard a deep animalistic growl and saw his body twisting and fur growing on it. She gasped before he hit her head with a pistol and she felt dizzy. Her world suddenly turned black.

"It was fun watching you making a fool of yourself." I rolled my eyes, blocking him. That's the only thing I can do. I would've really punched him if he were a person. "That would be like punching yourself. Remember, we share the same body." I thought I blocked him. Guess I didn't. He owns my consciousness so... this wolf doesn't go by rules. I clapped hands to get their attention, "Alright, werewolves. I have something to tell you all." Janice gasped, "Wait, you really are constipated?"

Gabriel said. “So, being a werewolf is not so bad after all, Minx showed me that. Even when at the point where she became the most dependent on her powers, it was taken away by her child. It didn’t make her love him any less, instead, she found a way to adapt to her new life and she’s perfect at it. I’ll just do the same. I’m sure she’ll be happy to show me the ropes.” Mrs. Jackson said.
