I gave a half smile as I kept aside three CD plates having images and soundtracks of Brian. When I fondled further into the cupboard I could find a sizable diary, which had Brian’s name scribbled on it. Upon seeing the diary, I was puzzled and took it out “Welcome To My… Little Secret…” I read the first note on the dairy, and raised a brow when I flipped through pages to realize the uncountable secret he had written down. I am Scribbling down these little secrets in explicit sentences;

Noah let out a light chuckle, then turned back to me. “Your secret weapon?" “Yeah, it’s her diary.” I said like I was trying to convince him. “Your secret weapon is a stupid book?” “It’s a diary.” “Like I said, a stupid book?” I rolled my eyes, then began to read the diary. “The only thing you would be seeing is rants, gossip and probably a wishlist of things she wants.” Noah said as he started the car and began to drive home.

For some reason, I feel nervous as I pull out the book. A strange rune is etched onto the front. It isn’t one I have seen before. Untwisting the string that holds the book closed, I gently open the cover. This is Morgan’s diary. I glance around my new office, looking for anyone who might be watching me. Bruno is snoring loudly on the couch against the wall. Sinking into my chair, I flip through the pages. This diary dates back farther than any book I have ever read. Propping my feet onto the desk, I begin to read the first entry.

“They found out I have the code. I don’t know how, but… I’ve seen them watching me. I’ve been followed. Two nights ago, someone tried to break into my place. I have to disappear, Lexi.” My voice trembled. “So what do you want me to do?” He handed her a single page—a torn scrap filled with symbols, numbers, and scribbled lines. It looked like chaos. “I need you to write this down. Copy it—exactly. Keep it somewhere safe. Somewhere no one would look. I’m burning this journal tonight. You’ll be the only person left with this.” I stared at the paper. My hands shook as I took it. “Pastor Dav…”

After about an hour of picking up the pieces of paper, I noticed there was a huge pile of paper at the edge of the room. It was like there was something underneath it. I carefully placed the pieces of paper that I had been arranging on the ground and made my way towards the pile. I then placed my hands underneath all the papers and felt a book with a hard cover. “There is something in here,” I muttered to myself, pulling it out with force which caused the front page to rip into two pieces. “My diary,” The book read. I had no idea my father kept a diary. It looked small which meant he recently just started to use it.

Except for the book, which he carried out to take a proper look at it. Joe jumped on the bed and placed the book before him to rest on the bed. He opened the first page gently. The book wrote dear diary on its first page. Joe adjusted his sitting position to lay on the bed to enjoy the content. “I never thought I would also be writing a diary of my own, well, I guess I am now” the next line of the diary stated. “The first experience I would like to write about on this day being the second day in the month of November 2021 is that…

He didn't know what is a diary. "Diary is a book in which a person keeps his or her daily record of events and experiences," Suzy answered Tubby. Erella looked at her tiny friend with awe. She asks. "Well, what is a diary? You write down shit you did in your day. I have a calendar, I don't need to write it down again" I tell her defiantly. "It's a habit that develops mostly through childhood. It can be helpful to work through your feelings" Dr. Elizabeth adds.
