The other wolves, lacking these divine gifts, grew resentful and ultimately conspired to wipe out the white wolves to eliminate the perceived threat to their own power.

I wasn’t sure what shocked me more, the fact that he said demons were real or the idea that they could take over a wolf’s body and make them kill the people they loved. “Demons?” I said in disbelief. “That sounds insane. Is this real?” “I wish it wasn’t,” Kaden replied. “But it is.” I looked back at the monster on the floor again, and even though my head was trying to fight it, I was starting to believe him.
