Melanie ran quickly behind the house dragging her long loose gown along, she followed the drops of blood she found on the grass. She gaped at the sight of a strange looking dog standing close to her son while barking continously. "No!!!" She screamed loudly as more tears gathered up in her eyes and fell on her white brushed cheeks. The dog turned to her at once, it had this heavy drool mixed with both blood and saliva dropping out of it's mouth, it's eyes were blue and scary. Melanie could tell that the dog was ready to attack her, she took a quick glance around looking for a weapon to defend herself.

"Am I vomiting blood?" At this moment, Zhou Tian was completely stunned. It was the same feeling as vomiting blood, but what he spat out wasn't bright red blood, but green liquid that made one's hair stand on end. Soon, Zhou Tian realized that what he spat out was blood, because his blood had long turned green. "Young Master, are you okay, Young Master?" Wu Jiu was so anxious that he didn't know what to do. He quickly held on to Zhou Tian, afraid that he would fall.

His skin, which had been healthy and warm just minutes ago, was now pale and slick with sweat. And he was vomiting blood. It poured from his mouth in dark, horrifying streams. It splattered onto the stone floor. It soaked into his shirt. He was shaking. Convulsing. His eyes were wide with pain and confusion. "Oh my God," I breathed. "Dorian!" Marcus was already rushing toward him. He dropped to his knees beside his friend and grabbed his shoulders. "What happened? What is wrong?!” Dorian tried to speak. But only blood came out. He choked and gagged and clutched his stomach tighter.

Suddenly, the pain in my abdomen intensified, and a metallic sweetness rose in my throat. I covered my mouth with my hand. When I pulled it away, the bright red blood on it stung my eyes. Echo abruptly stopped eating and turned to leap at my feet, meowing loudly. I grabbed a tissue to wipe away the blood, crumpled it, and tossed it into the trash can. Crouching down, I gave her head a good scratch and whispered, "I'm fine." She meowed twice more, abandoning her food to paw at me. I picked her up, and she quieted down, nuzzling against me.

At first, I thought that maybe it looked like werewolf scratches, but the slices were individually scattered all over his body, and not in a claw sort of formation. I gradually scanned up his body and screamed out when I saw his head wasn't attached to his body. I tried to get back up, but I kept sliding in what I now knew was Cassie and Tyler's blood. I gave up after falling back down a few times, then crawled towards the stairs instead. I ran up the stairs as fast as my legs would carry me and sprinted into the bathroom. I managed to reach the toilet bowl just in time and heaved before violently threw up.

It was better to jump to death than be torn to pieces by the dogs. I woke up with my sheets drenched in sweat and stumbled out of bed. My heart raced as I grabbed the cup of water by the bedside and gulped it down within seconds to quench my parched throat. But the water didn’t stay down, my insides tightened, and the urge to vomit took over my gut. I rushed to the bathroom and leaned over the bowl by the corner. My body convulsed in violent spasms, and my mouth opened to give way for the content coming, only for me to vomit blood. The crimson red blood splattered around the porcelain bowl, making me horrified.

“Is there a way to check what is inside his stomach right now?” She nods silently. Then she takes a deep breath and puts some pressure on Seth’s stomach. He retches, and out flowing from his mouth is blood. The smell of it alone is enough to confirm my fears. “That’s human blood. Seth harmed a human.”

I couldn't help but furrow my brows, seeing her odd reaction. But before I could ask, she suddenly looked like she wanted to vomit. I rose from my seat as a quick realization hit me. This wasn't good. I took a step at the exact time she vomited. I no longer walked and ran when I spotted blood on the floor. She vomited blood. Other females moved immediately and secured the pups, especially Melika. She's the youngest, so Irene decided to take her away out of the room. Meanwhile, I already had Cherry in my arms.

"Sam! What is wrong?! Why haven't you told me you were sick?!" She heard me getting closer, so she threw her arms behind her with her palms facing me in an attempt to stop me. She couldn't speak, so she furiously shook her head, no. I ignored her, nothing was going to stop me from helping my mate! I knelt beside her and pulled her hair out of her face to see that I could see her properly. My panic subsided a little, but I was still worried. Her face was flushed and clammy and her body trembled violently as she vomited stomach acid. I froze when I saw that there was blood in the stomach acid.
