I removed the braids from my hair and gathered my hair back up into a messy bun tying it up with a hairband, so my hair wouldn’t get wet in the shower. As soon as the water was hot enough, I got into the shower and began washing myself using Doyle’s bath products. I had found that I loved smelling like him. As I was washing my face getting the make-up off, I felt hands grab my hips causing me to jump. I turned around and saw Doyle smiling at me. I playfully smacked him on the shoulder, and he laughed as I continued to remove my makeup. Once I had removed my makeup I got out of the shower.

They worked in silence, the only sound the gentle rustling of hair against fabric and the occasional splash of water. Once her hair was thoroughly detangled, the maids began the delicate process of fixing it. They wove the strands together, creating an intricate ombre effect that blended seamlessly from dark ebony at the roots to a soft, silvery white at the tips. The final touch was a loose braid that hung down her back, its ends tied with a simple ribbon. The effect was stunning—her hair seemed to shimmer with its own inner light, complementing her pale skin and accentuating the sharp angles of her face.

I punched him in his arm and he asked me to help him take out his braids. "Seriously, gonna finally wash that mess," I mumbled softly, giving him a hard time. "Yeah and you'll have to find Striker for me to braid it once again since you have no clue how," he lipped back. I told him to sit up. I grabbed scissors and cut off a few inches on the ends, causing beads to bounce across the floor. Using his alien detangler, I started from the bottom loosening his braids. Dregs black hair was thick and surprisingly still healthy. After several hours all his hair was out and it was long and thick. He glanced up at me and asked if I thought he should just cut it. Thank God there were no traffic cops in Bridger National Forest at least! As I walked into Valley Market, cart at the ready, I noticed a striking young woman in the produce section. She had long blonde hair sporting the most intricate braids I had ever seen, as well as silver and leather jewelry surrounding her neck and both wrists. A beautiful, swirling black tattoo ringed one lean, toned bicep. She looked like some modern-day Viking shield maiden.

She turned her head to see the rest of it and the complexity of the braid astounded her. "Wow, is right! Where did you learn to do this?" Marie blushed and smiled. "I saw it once in a magazine and always wanted to have my hair done up like that, but I couldn't find anyone to do it; it's called a 'full fishbone braid'. So, I did it for you. Well, and me too. I love the way it makes you look. It makes your neck look longer and more graceful, and I can see those cute ears now. You have no idea how hard it was for me to not kiss the back of your neck or suck on your earlobes. AH-EH! I'm not pushing; I'm just stating a fact. She nodded and quickly got to work, placing my white hair into two simple braids, that slightly protruded out of the top of my head. "If you braid the strands under each other instead of over, then you get a sort of 3D effect." She chuckled securing the hair elastic to the second plait after completing it. "Are you ready to go and change the world?" She asked me, placing her hands on my shoulders and looking at me in the mirror that was facing me.

I giggled. “I bougth wig and made Cozen wear it,” he replied with no hesitation. I imagined Cozen wearing a wig. For sure he look so down wearing one. D*mn! I would have a good laugh if I was there. “Do you really want to learn how to braid a hair or you just wanted to make fun of Cozen?” I cackled. “I want to learn. I want to braid your hair.
