I ironed my skimpy denim gown with so much caution paying attention to the rumpled edges. I neatly placed in on top of my bag and proceeded to make my hair. I have a long thick hair and even though I couldn't afford wigs and various kinds of hair extensions, I was glad braids give me an awesome look. I braid my hair every week. Tonight, I'll be going to the annual ghetto Fiesta. The event is to hold in Greenland. It was the event of the moment. It held once a year and we always looked forward to it. I will braid my hair and put on my well ironed denim gown. My golden sandals would definitely make my look complete, simple and a bit dashing. I knocked on Jamila's door and she invited me in. J

Bree didn’t quite get it, but then, she was an artist of a different sort and didn’t proclaim to tell others how to express themselves. She did tell others what hairspray to avoid, though. Specifically, she told her bandmates about the news cast she’d seen, the one that had said Bright Salon was highly flammable. “Since we’ll be standing close to live flames, I would suggest we avoid anything that might easily catch on fire.” Bree had decided to put her hair in a French braid so that she didn’t need much product at all. Shawna’s hair was loose and lovely, but she didn’t use a lot of products in her hair anyway. The guys mostly used gel, not hairspray, so she thought they’d be all right.

I slowly got up and went to take a nice warm shower then wrapped a fuzzy light purple towel around me and started blow drying my hair. When it was in its natural waves, I put my hair in French braids and wrapped them in a bun. I put my brown/black wig on, which now looked like I hadn't brushed my hair in weeks. I took the towel off and put on my new purple lace Victoria’s Secret undergarments and decided to go for some pink sweatpants and an extra-large hoodie that made me look fat since I obviously couldn't fit into that. I rolled the top of my sweatpants and then put on a pair of old dirty Converse and added my black square glasses and retainer.

Her hair was done in a loose French braid that wrapped over her shoulder. Bronx had on a black suit and tie with his hair gelled back. Honestly, he looked like a future CEO and had the confidence to back it up. Brianna wore a beautiful lavender wraparound dress that flared out at her knees. Little silver flats worked perfectly because she was already fairly tall. Her hair was pulled back into a high ponytail. They all stood where we placed their names on the stage. You could tell that they were nervous, but their pack pride shone through everything. I gave them a genuine smile because they were very important to me and to us.

When I comb the final section without a single tug or snag, she gives me a toothy grin over her shoulder. “You did a really good job.” I beam at her. “Thank you. That is a very kind thing to say. Now do you want me to put it up for you?” She nods, and I can feel her excitement as her gesture turns into a little dance. “Can you do two braids?” She runs her hands over her scalp, and I realize that she's telling me she wants two French braids. “Let's see if I can, hmm? But first, I'm going to need you off this counter.”

Slowly, Viper went back to what he was doing. When he finished, he looked over to find his mate doing something to the child's hair. It puzzled Viper initially. He watched until she was finished and discovered they were braids like his own, only done differently. The technique she used was not the one he did. Viper had not realized she was capable of doing them and made a mental note to ask his little mate to do his some time.

She frowned. "I prefer the blue dye his stylist used on him in his last music video." She paused then continued, "Kim, today is our lucky day."

“Has Alpha Luca brought his braid?” “I have.” Luca produced a braid of red, pink and purple from his pocket. And handed it to Dotty. “And has Alpha Alissa brought her braid?” Alissa nodded to Dotty and pulled her braid of brown blue and yellow from a pocket hidden within her velvet cloak. Dotty took the other braid and placed the ends of the braids in one of her hands.

She seems to have done hers, and cut it so it stays as a bob length with purple highlights while mine are stubborn auburn curls which I could never seem to straighten out no matter how much I had tried—I had given up at this point. The reason I tried so hard back then even was because Anthony hated them—he always complained about how I should lose that body weight—and well, pregnancy added more to it, only none of them knew. He also complained about how stubborn my curls are, and how it always looks so messy let down so I always tie them up to avoid getting on his nerves. DECEMBER 12 Daria braided her red hair in pigtails. My eyebrows raised and I asked, "Are you serious?" "What?" she asked overly innocently. I reached out with both hands and gave her braids a gentle tug. "Pigtails? As if you weren't dangerously cute already." She grinned. "You like?" I practically growled, "My favorite is when your hair is in a thick plait down your back, but this could be fun." I pulled on the pigtails to bring her face to mine for a kiss.
