Rising from the Ashes

Rising from the Ashes

The other apprentices immediately jumped back and retreated. However, Andrew was not the merciful type. Since the Divine Alchemists were going all out, why should he hold back? As the apprentices retreated from the battle circle one by one, the Godslayer in Andrew's hand unsheathed without warning. Then, with one strike, he forced Damon and Titus back. As the two great elders retreated, Andrew's figure shot forward with explosive speed like a tiger charging into a flock of sheep. With only two swings, five more apprentices fell. Each body was split in two, their deaths too gruesome to behold.

Reynir Kjartansson
Very good story and the ending was relatively good since each part of the story give a obvious closure. The audio book is also available the whole story. Other authors should follow this example. There is nothing worse than a forced ending or a cut off story, so this story gets all stars, great job!

My Blood Wizard System

My Blood Wizard System

Suddenly we’re not six students in a ring. We’re six archetypes in six different legendary battles at once: - Seras is the Sun Goddess besieged by ten thousand shadow dragons. - Lucian is the Last Dragon defending a dying world from falling stars. - Kayo is the Trickster Fox trying to steal the moon from a jealous god. - Rowan is the Mortal Scholar who must out-argue Death itself. - And I… I am the Storm That Ends Empires, standing alone on a battlefield where both sides have already lost.

Moonbound At Sliver Ridge

Moonbound At Sliver Ridge

The question hangs in the air just as Silver Ridge Academy rises ahead—carved into the mountain like a myth too stubborn to die. The spires catch late sunlight, glowing pale moonstone and obsidian. Sigils crawl along the walls like veins of fire, pulsing with the academy’s heartbeat. At the wrought-iron gates, runes flare bright as they scan us—identity, intent, oath. Accord law lives in every layer of this place: Valorian glamour anchors in the pillars, Lycan’Dra governance knots at the archway, Drakon heat wards dormant but waiting under the stone. Magic shifts the second we cross the threshold—thick, heavy, alive. The air tastes like night-bloom flowers and secrets. Students from every re

I CHOOSE HIM, BUT HE'S MY ENEMY

I CHOOSE HIM, BUT HE'S MY ENEMY

“This is not what you promised me, you're bringing war to this academy. War! Take all these out of my academy and leave my students.” Lord Tracon gives her an irritated glare. “No one gives me command Lydia. No one!” A shadow slithers from the ground, going around her neck and flinging her towards the forest. The academy alarms scream to life. Students scatter. Some hide behind broken wards. Some run for the buildings. Others, braver or more foolish, stand their ground, magic flickering uncertainly around them. They're ready to fight. Karl swears. “He’s throwing everything at us.”

BLOOD MOON ACADEMY

BLOOD MOON ACADEMY

"Just once. Show the new kids that alphas have feelings too." "Alphas have one feeling. Dominance." Marcus laughs like I'm joking. I'm not joking. I've spent the last seven years making sure everyone at Blood Moon Academy understands exactly what I am and exactly what happens if they challenge me. Smiling would undermine all of that work. The gates swing open and the first batch of arrivals start filtering through. New students are always the same type. Nervous humans with one supernatural parent, looking for answers. Vampires who move like they're calculating the distance to every exit. Younger shifters who still think being at an elite academy means they're special.

ALPHA DRAGON

ALPHA DRAGON

Jenny took a step back, her voice trembling as she whispered, “They don’t belong to anyone. They’re my world!” Suddenly, her voice cracked as she shouted, “You destroyed me once, and I swore I wouldn’t let you destroy what’s left!” She struggled to free herself, but Dragon’s strength held her captive. The closer he came, the faster her heart raced, her breath quickening. Finally, he let her go and gazed at her with intense longing. Jenny stood silently, words caught in her throat. At last, she forced them out, yelling, “Stop playing games with me, Dragon!”

Ember Academy

"All I would ask in return is loyalty. When it matters. And it will matter, Sera, sooner than you think." "Loyalty to what, exactly." "To the house that decided to protect you, instead of merely study you." Cassia leaned in slightly, and her voice dropped, gentler now, almost kind, and that was somehow the worst part of all of it, how easy the kindness sounded, how practiced. "You're new here. You don't yet understand how this academy actually works. The masters teach the lessons. But the noble houses decide who survives them." Her eyes held Sera's, steady, patient. "I would very much like you to survive, Sera. I'd like that a great deal."

Zeda And The Four Princes Of Shadowbrook Academy

Zeda And The Four Princes Of Shadowbrook Academy

There was no way she'd be able to sleep with so many questions in her head anyway. As they sat on Carrie's bed with bowls of cereal, Carrie began to explain. "Shadowbrook Academy is a school for supernatural beings, or genuses. It helps us develop and perfect our supernatural abilities, and also nurtures any natural talents or hobbies we have, all while giving us a regular education." Zeda's eyes widened as Carrie listed the different genuses in the academy: witches, mages, werewolves, vampires, and demons. She choked on her cereal when Carrie mentioned that Lucian was the only demon.

Sword of the Godslayer

Sword of the Godslayer

She needed an uninterrupted line of sight for that spell to work. So she resigned herself to another spell, the last spell she learned from The Tower, before she returned home. Cassana waved her arms and with another incantation, the broken glasses on the floor rose up and coalesced right above her, forming the shape of a serpent. She pointed her staff towards the misty mass in front of her and the glass serpent lurched towards it. If she was lucky, one of the thousand fragments of glass would find its way on the drow's neck and slice it open, ending her life right there.
