“What the bloody hell is that?” I moved away from Ryker, my eyes were solely fixated on the book. Wiping away the shattered glasses, I did not care if it would hurt me. Once it was clean, I read the book to Ryker. “It is the Book of The Damned.” All I wanted was to get a hold of that book and satisfy my curiosity but when I did, I could feel the power surging from the book, my hands were painfully attached to it. Then the book opened, forcing my palm to hold it up the pages started to flip rapidly. So many images flashed through my mind but none of which I recalled. The book slammed shut and I blinked. I turned to Ryker and swallowed before finding my voice to speak, “Did you see that?”

he replied smiling back. “Forget it. Right now…I have Varcolac to think about…” in a soft voice, “sorry.” She continued, “I have been reading this book for the last two hours now and nothing. It has nothing about his whereabouts so far. Just much history about Blood Moon and him…history that we are both familiar with,” she complained. “You should have known the minute I showed you the missing pages part. They are missing because someone did not want anyone reading them. Those are the ones you should be reading,” he suggested.

Once the page completely turned to ash I lifted up the book and brushed off the pieces that use to be the page. A siren started inside the room and multiple screens filled the walls. I spun around going through all universes and landed on the universe I knew it was reporting on.

Not long after lying her body on the bed, she dozed off and became unaware now of everything around her. Inside his room, Boss Dar got a small black-covered book and browse its pages as if looking for something urgent on every page. After a few more browsing, he finally stopped flipping the pages of the book and focused his eyes on what has been written in the book. Then he furrowed thereafter as his eyes froze on that page.

I'd been reading it a lot lately, desperate to find answers. I flipped through the pages, noticing something odd for the first time. A page was missing. Ripped out, to be exact. I blinked hard, bringing the inside spine of the book closer so I could properly inspect. I hadn't been seeing things. The paper left on the page was uneven, an indication that someone had torn a page out. Why would someone do that? I scanned the surrounding pages, trying to make sense of the missing section. It seemed to be a crucial part of the book, detailing werewolf lore, ancient rituals and witch potions.

We should have more books about the Prime Omegas! I should try and find him, ask him about the book he has. It was different than the rest; plain, worn-down covers, regular-sized, and it looked as if it contained no more than 10 pages. Yet the contents, the story inside it was worth more than it looks. I picked up the book and opened the first page, which had been aged. I couldn't tell how long this must have been here. The first page I opened was blank. This prompted me to open the second page; it was practically empty, just like the first. I continued opening until the fifth page because I was counting the number of pages as I flipped
