I prefer to eat the food cooked by me or my family. I ate my food slowly enjoying each and every moment while watching a crime thriller series which I found interesting . After eating food I did some asanas which are good after eating and helps in digesting the food easily. After that I went to sleep again as I wanted to sleep some more. But I had a strange dream.
