The Rejected Quisling

The Rejected Quisling

, I whisper in her ears, and drag her back to the packhouse. Nobody dares to interfere, not even Marina or Amaltheo. I think I am on the verge of turning vargulf because of the bitterness in my heart. I meet Maziar, the Beta, everybody on my way to the dungeon. It’s just a steel container dropped into a six-foot hole in the icy floor of Verte Monde. It hasn't been used. I even wonder why this pack has it, at times, but I am grateful now that we have. It must actually be meant for this atrocious mortal.

Rebirth of the Luckiest Failure

Rebirth of the Luckiest Failure

"It is Draven. He is fine." A pause. "Of course he is," Darius said quietly. The librarian spent the next ten minutes carefully examining the fallen shelf, the scattered books, and the damaged railing. Kael helped stack the books into neat piles. Several of them had fallen open to random pages, and as he collected them, one caught his eye. He picked it up. The title on the open page read: On The Nature of Probability Manipulation in Pre-Civilization Eryndor. Kael read the first paragraph.

Demons within Me (The Cambion's Son) Book 2

She asked me again. I nodded. " She just got in before you" she said and I quickly say thank you to her. I quickly roamed my eyes to find her. I went to the science bookshelf because I know she loved evolution. I'm now in the origins section and while looking at her, I accidentally hold someone's hands and she was surprised. Of course, I was shocked too because we get the same book. It's about Origins of Werewolves and Human. " Mr.Reid?! Are you following me?" She furiously asked me.

The Lycan Academy

Warning this chapter contains some explicit scenes, readers discretion is advised. It was a dark gloomy dungeon filled with nothing but the scattered bones of the unfortunate lives that had been subjected to endure its horrific experiences, with a little small barred window to illuminate the dungeon the stench of the decayed bones filled and suffocated the air around adding to the gruesome torture the prisoners were forced to endure.

“Yes sir!” the men replied. Once more, Zephyr laid his eyes on the books, his gaze rested on one of them. The book was covered in a layer of dust and was made of bamboo. It looked unique. “Thunderfoot?” Zephyr muttered as he opened the book, reading its contents. A wave of excitement washed over him. He excitedly flipped through the pages, carefully memorizing the technique’s intricate steps.

Legacy of the Wolf

Legacy of the Wolf

Dante tried to hand Mj the book but she jerked away from it like it might actually hurt her, “I don't want to read that thing...I learned enough about it in school and I’m sure the truth is far worse.” Dante tendlry climbed the thick wood bookshelves to replace the book then he motioned for Mj to follow him up. Mj shook her head, “no way, didn't anybody ever tell you not to climb shelves.” Dante let his head fall back and he laughed, “these technically aren't shelves kitten, they are cut into the wall so don't worry about it.”

OMG this is an amazing book! I never write reviews on this app, but I had to for this book. I want this in print form so I can read whenever. I'm so invested in Mj's life. I cried, I laughed, sometimes so hard that I would wake up my guy. I will binge read it again when the second book comes out.

LOVE this book, compelling characters and intriguing story line. Looking forward to the next books in the trilogy. P.S. Keep writing Danger Beanz, do not listen to the haters. They're just jealous.

Godfather World

Godfather World

From floor five to floor nine, Zen discovered many changing elements in the virtual world. The dungeon mechanics became more complex as they climbed the floors. It was difficult to believe that until floor ten, they were still in the tutorial stages. Damian’s game guide from floor five was very different from Zen’s version. The cyborg logged every single type of equipment and monster as an encyclopaedia page, including replicated screenshot images. He rated them according to their value, usage, frequency of occurrence, something Zen had not considered, and prices. The floor map was also marked to indicate where they could commonly be located, along with an estimated loot drop guide. Compared

Dragon Moon

For all she knew, she’d choose to save him, give him the gem, and everything would work out in the end just exactly how Slate wanted it to. “Not that there’s even any guarantee he’ll choose to attack right away,” she mumbled to herself. Her voice echoed around the large bathing chamber, which was constructed mostly of stone in a light tan color and lit by dozens of white tapered candles in golden stands and candelabras. It was beautiful. But it wasn’t home, and that’s where she wished she was at the moment. While she was glad that she’d made the decision to chase down the dragon so that she could discover the truth about Gavin, she wasn’t happy that she was now a prisoner here, and the last

Sword of the Godslayer

Sword of the Godslayer

"You know what..." Minos reached for his breast pocket and produced a small leather-bound booklet, placing it on the boy's lap. "What's this?" The boy grabbed it and started reading. "Thee. Dragun. Fromm. Thee. Shyre. What's this about?" "It's about... a dragon. From the shire." Minos didn't know how to explain what the book was about, as he never really got past the first ten pages himself. He found it boring and too juvenile for his taste. He only reads it so he can go to sleep. "It's my favorite book," he lied, "and I want you to read it."

The Reaper's Harem: My Monster Mates

The Reaper's Harem: My Monster Mates

"Zergs have corrosive blood! Their shells are hard! They are immune to bullets! Normal people can't kill them!" "Can or can't, we'll see after I try," I say, eyeing the joint between the monster's head and body. I kick off the wall, launching myself into the air. "And who said I was normal?" The Zerg opens its mandibles. I catch its antennae mid-air and swing myself onto its back. I flip the axe in my hand. Thwack. I drive the blade precisely into the gap in its neck armor. I hold onto the handle for dear life as the monster thrashes. I twist the blade. Green slime sprays out. I dodge to the side, avoiding the corrosive splash. Below me, I can feel the axe handle melting from the acid.
