“Who the hell are you?” Nya asked as she blinked against the fog. The man, dressed in a black shirt, open wide enough at the collar that she could see a tuft of dark hair across his chest, black pants and boots, all of it with red piping along the seems, with dark hair and intense dark eyes, staring at her with a smoldering glare, paused several paces in front of her. The fog seemed to dissipate for a moment, and behind him, Nya could see nothing but the jagged tops of the mountain. No trees, no plants, no buildings, no animals. No dragon.

she said. “I just want to find out if the Orchid Queen can make me remember,” said Eldion. “Didn’t they say she could only heal the body, not the mind?” asked Casser. “Who knows? Maybe she can lead me to someone who can,” Eldion shrugged his shoulders before following Wen. Casser also shrugged his shoulders, imitating Eldion’s expression before following his companions inside the pyramid. An arched entryway greeted the travelers as they entered the pyramid. “‘Know your desire,’” read Wen. “The first level asks us if our intentions are pure. I wonder what this level asks us?”

A few hours later… [Reached level 10] [Reached level 10] I can finally see the dungeon. The whole place has changed, from a forest to a desert then finally to an Iceland. It is freezing cold here… won't this be too hard for me, fighting in such conditions. How on earth can anyone create this kind of place? I just walked into a land filled with icebergs and snow from a desert! The path disappeared indicating that I had reached the destination, the map turned to dust in my hand. As soon as I saw the entrance, I felt uneasy. This was no normal dungeon. The entrance was massive reaching half the height of the floor. That was almost double the size of the giant Ankheg I killed!

Nicholas, coming to the same conclusion as Creed, raced up the dungeon stairways as they went to find Odessa. A strange feeling arose in his chest, a feeling that wasn’t normal. It was frightening, pulling at his heart of the helplessness he could feel. A sharp pain to the back of his head knew something was a mistake. His Odessa was in danger. Halfway up the dungeon stairways, where the hall became larger, his dragon automatically shifted to his full form. Roaring up the stairs, the servants opened the door leading to the foyer.

Wren’s light intensified, forming a glowing web that connected Chapter 101: The First Bloom of New Realms The aftermath of the hundredth chapter did not bring stillness. Instead it ushered in the first true exploration of the newly forged realities. The Flame Root had become a vast living network pulsing with fresh worlds each one shaped by the shared ecstasy of the Eternal Throng. She steps into the cave to light the lantern and then she steps to the side so I can enter. I stare at her as I slowly walk to the blankets to take a seat. Somehow on my path I trip over something and catch my fall on my hands before my head hits the ground. I jump up to dust my hands off and see that I have tripped over a smack boulder that protrudes from the cave floor. When I look back at her she has an expression of worry on her face that she quickly hides at my gaze. As I sit down, she just stands near the entrance of the cav

The tugging sensation begins again, growing more and more intense as I continue to hold on, as the feeling intensifies I close my eyes and let it take me where it will. Splat! I make the mistake of gasping for breath and the taste of both mud and excrement fill my mouth. Spitting, I stand up noticing in the journey that I have dropped the pendant. Taking a look around, I wonder if this is where the heir has been hidden all this time. Reaching down I pick up the pendant and wipe it off on my cloak. I barely have time to do this before the sensation of tugging once more overwhelms me and the world blurs away. *************************************************************************************

Weakly I lifted my head and saw a bleeding hole below my heart. My first reaction was confusion. Wasn’t I saved? Why was I dying again in this warehouse? Was it all a dream? The woman who saved me, my travelling to China, Venice and Kang Xianliang? Were they created from my dying imagination? No. No, it couldn’t be. Impossible. What kind of hallucination was this? Everything was so real. But the pain of my broken bones and cut skin was real too. I felt despair filling my whole being. I started hiccupping and cried like a new-born baby. The air I breathed wasn’t enough, and soon I felt nausea.
