Edward picked up food on the delicate self—service tray. He only looked at the dishes. When his clip reached for a plate of red—roasted abalone, the other clip also reached over. They turned into snatching a piece of abalone. Edward immediately looked at the person who snatched the food. The thoughts of getting inside, seeing the elevator going up, and getting far from the ground were enough to kill me. Alfie sighed and had to press the hold button as he watched Alex, waiting at what he would do to bring me inside the elevator. The Albata is a restaurant that allows people to eat on the street side. They put chairs and tables at the side and an umbrella to cover their customers from the heat of the sun. I saw an advertisement for an Italian restaurant that recently opened. It’s called Italiano Pristine. I’m assuming by its name that it serves fine food. I could use a good marsala.”
