Some dropped their weapons as their own tech started glitching. Several nearby Echoes steadied, their eyes clearing. “It’s working!” Rafe shouted. But it wasn’t enough. More soldiers poured in. One of them spotted me and raised a strange rifle.

Sabrina stood before us at her podium, the Book resting open in front of her seemed to hum with power as she began to speak, her voice clear and strong. "Spiritus maiores, audite vocem nostram, Venite ex tenebris, ex cineribus surgite, Aperite portas inter mundos, Et benedictiones vestras ad nos ferte." The words rolled off her tongue in perfect rhythm with the drums, ancient and powerful. As the chant continued, the ground beneath us seemed to tremble, and in the center of the raised platform, the Pack Soul came alive. A golden flame flickered to life, not too fierce, but vibrant, as though it had been waiting for this moment.

The spirits, translucent and shimmering, formed a circle, their haunting eyes fixed on Elena. “Elena,” one of the spirits spoke, its voice echoing like a distant melody. “You are the key to restoring balance.” Visions flooded her mind—flashes of battles, destruction, and a world teetering on the edge of chaos. The Heart’s power was at the center of it all, its energy both a blessing and a curse. “What does this mean?” Elena asked, her voice trembling. The spirits didn’t answer directly, their cryptic words fading as they dissolved into the air. The glow of the altar dimmed, leaving the group in silence.

With a thumping heart, he kept himself moving and watched a worn-out hut near the well.
