“An elven hand sealed it. Only the key and an extremely powerful elven mage could open it.” We all exhaled, little murmurs of relief threading the room. “Wait.” Caleb’s voice cut through the relief. He was leafing through the book with his thumb. “Have you forgotten there’s an elven princess literally walking these halls? Fianna. She’s powerful—arguably more powerful than we are.”

“And impossible to prove. Fenrir… I’m sorry, but you’re going too far.” “I agree,” I said calmly. “That’s why you’re here. As the voice of reason. As a second opinion. Because there’s no one else I trust with this.” A pause. “Let me finish.” She exhaled. Then nodded. I turned back to Arria waiting. “Go on.” So I did. “In the book, it’s written that the elven royal family possessed certain abilities— to command plant life… and to guide the mind.” I flipped through the pages.

He taught elven magic, which included the ability to see into the future and the past. In the human realm, a select few people had used a portion of the seven magics for years. Those who called themselves psychics or fortune-tellers (at least the real ones) possessed elven magic. "Definitely. You?" I returned, getting comfortable in my seat. "Why not?" He clasped his hands together, and I smiled. Eldrick was tall and on the willowy side, but he was handsome with silver hair and bright green eyes that gave him a timeless look.

He said to me so impatiently. He asked us to follow him into another room. It is a library, full of books. There are another two Elven inside. Both of them are female, so beautiful with a high cheekbone, icy blue eyes and long silvery hair. They look at us in a disgusted expression. “Arethusa, you brought your half-blood cousin with her pets? Are you crazy?” said one of the female Elven with a scoffed. I was almost jumped and choke that long neck of hers, but Zephyr hold into my hand and shakes his head, “No, this is not our place to be uncivilized, just be patient, we are going out soon enough.” Zephyr whispered it directly into my ears.

Maybe she could ask Zoran if she could spend a couple of hours here every day. Walking down the isles, she noticed all kinds of books. Some on witchcraft, others on vampires, elves, unicorns, dragons.. everything she’s ever read a fantasy book about, there was plenty of information on it. Just as she was going back to the first floor to wait on Zoran, she saw it. The werewolf section. She couldn’t control herself. She had already glanced at all the other books but those. Slowly, she made her way over, looking at all the titles and covers. Finally, she found what she was looking for. Reaching up, her fingertips grazed the spine as a hand grabbed her wrist.

“This is a lot,” I say, rubbing my eyes. These books are huge. Cayd suggested that I take one and he take one. A lot of what is written in them is the same, it’s about the lineage of the dragon line that goes back for centuries. Both tell stories of how they met the elves, the giants and all of the supernatural creatures, and then it begins talking about the humans. At first, everything went well. Dragons and humans bonded and became the dragons and riders that you read about in fantasy novels. It makes me wonder how many of those books are an accurate or close to accurate description of what life was really like back in those days.

Elle muttered to herself as she went in search of the books she wanted, she moved into the fantasy/paranormal section, she walked around for sometime before she came across a book that said "Aether world" She picked it up and scanned it, it talked about two realms that were once together. She quickly scanned the book once more, she saw names like halflings, faires, humans and a lot of weird things she saw in the other realm. The book said "fiction" in bold letters but she took it anyway. She made to sit down and read it there but she decided against that and walked to the librarian "I'll take this with me" she said as she placed the book on the desk.

Fenrir spoke, diverting my attention. “That was fast.” I spoke. “Of course, I’m actually useful.” He spoke, giving Damon a death glare. “I’m listening.” I said. “When you mentioned the entity being a shadow or rather a dark shadow that granted wishes in exchange for souls I thought that sounded familiar—anciently familiar.” He pulled out a book, “Hey, librarian, know about this?” The book was old, with the back pages already peeling off. It read in bold, vintage font, “Elemental Werewolves: The Curse of The Dragon.”

He was not ready to see him again after all those sleepless nights he spent only thinking about his eyes. One week has passed since he left the castle. He was at the library, reading a book about Elves. He learned that there were many types of Elves, the good and the bad ones. He also knew that Nylian and his cousin were High Elves, they are considered the most purely good race of all and the most magically developed. "Jimmy," Nylian called him. The older was sitting on a chair in front of his desk, responding to a letter he received from a general. "Yes, your Grace?"

"Just like the one drawn on this book." As soon as Lily's feet settled on the book, its eyes, and Elise's hair glowed at the same time, making the book open. Elise carried it and the first line the book revealed was 'In an ancient years ago.." Then the images in the book started moving. Elise watched with keen interest as two different supernatural beings were shown. These two do everything together, even taking advice from each other. "What? Elise furrowed her brows as she saw the beings were the witches and werewolves. "Is this a fiction book or what?" She scoffed and almost closed the book, but the bird stopped her.
