Camila The taste of cold lemonade filled my tastebuds as I gazed over the beach. It has only been a week since we've been in Italy, and it wasn't all that bad. Elijah wasn't a total scum as I thought, but I will never let my guard down. The moment the car drove into the compound, Estella’s voice rang out. “Bitch!” She had started to dance and twerk in front of the car. “I love Estella’s energy,” he said. I smiled because I did too. Estella’s energy was unmatched. The best. She kept twerking, her pink Short barely covering her clean ass as she did. I got out the car and she jumped over to me, wrapping her hands around me tightly that I almost couldn't breath no more. “You are alive!!” She screamed on top of her lungs that I had to cover both my ears.

The air reeked of smoke and cheap whiskey. Estella sat amidst the chaos, her slender fingers wrapped around a cigarette, exhaling a steady stream of smoke. Her expression remained unreadable, a mask of calmness. Her friend, Jennie, slid onto the stool beside her, concern etched on her face. “Estella, how can you be so calm? Samantha's marrying Aiden.” Estella snickered, inhaling another drag. Smoke curled from her nostrils as she replied, “I'm giving Samantha calm before the storm.”

Once her jealousy cleared and she could think straight, it was pretty obvious that Ray and this woman were related. Leah glared at Ray, whose chuckle turned into a full blown laugh. She sighed and turned back to the woman with a blush staining her cheeks. “Sorry, that was rude of me.” She reach out her hand to the woman. “I am Leah Sullivan.” The woman reached out and shook Leah’s hand. “I am Francesca, Ray’s sister. It’s a pleasure to finally meet you.” She stepped closer and pulled Leah into a hug that she wasn’t expecting. Leah smiled, a tear coming to her eye when Francesca continued by saying, “Welcome to the pack, little sister.”

“They’re yours.” Estella’s face turned serious. “I don’t exactly have a job where keeping my mouth shut is an asset, but in regard to certain people I bite my tongue. This time I just can’t. You are too sweet, young, and innocent.” She continued before I could object. “You be careful around Van. That boy is bad news, so I’m giving you fair warning… keep your nickers up.” Heat filled my cheeks. “Exactly what I thought.” She leaned in closer. “Van is trouble and should come with a sign that reads, ‘Going straight to hell.’ Don’t get caught in his web.”

Tall, dark red stilettos. She’s wearing a sating dress that clings onto her body perfectly, complemented by the dazzling jewelry around her neck and wrists. Her hair, her smile, her eyes, she looks incredible. I soon realise that she is not the woman I met last night. Something has changed, and her aura has shifted into something dangerous. Tristan’s body is still turned to me, but his eyes are fixed on Bella, with his lips slightly parted in awe. Her scent fills the room. “Miss Ward, please have a seat.”

It was quiet as usual. “ Good afternoon Miss Emilia.” Stella, the housekeeper greets. Looks like the helpers were back from their leave. Well it was expected. The owners were back. “ Yes, Stella.” She says as she heads for her uncle’s room. She wasn’t exactly close with the housekeeper. Stella didn’t like her, at all. Having worked for her uncle’s family for twenty five years, she became just like them. She was a loyal slave to Aunt Claire, always at her beck and call, doing the dirty work for her and of course sharing gossips.

She followed Carla as she walked towards the open glass windows. "Tell me, where did you get the money?" Carla asked directly. Estella is almost unwilling to face her best friend in the eyes. She's ashamed and can't reveal her face ever again. Her skits are probably all over the country right now. She'll be known as the "renowned Black Dream trainee who is a traitor." She couldn't hold back her tears. She sobbed as she hugged her friend. "Carla, I'm a horrible person. I'm attempting to derail both his career and my ambitions.” Estella sobbed, "I'm disappointed in myself."

CHAPTER FIVE He moved towards her,and bethany begin to back away from him,she looked around that's when she realized what made the Salvador's run. She knew this guard from the orphanage, she just hoped he doesn't recognize her. "Who are you and what are you doing here?."He asked her. "I don't know."I said ,I could see him looking around if anyone was near. "Well, well what do we do with you now.?"he said slowly.

A low growl was heard from Isabel’s direction, and her mom immediately hugged her too, to pacify the alpha. “Good morning, mom.” Isabel greeted her mom when the hug ended. Her mom waved dismissively, returning her attention towards him. “It’s a great honor to meet you in person, Luna. I’m Dylan at your service.” He politely introduced himself without being told, bowing his head to show his respect. “Well. As you already know, I’m no longer the Luna, so quit with the formalities, okay?” She replied with a smile. “Not bad, Isabel. Not bad.” Paulina teased her daughter through mind-link, earning an eye roll from the latter.
