Harrison escaped, thinking he'd made a clean getaway, unaware he'd walked into another, bigger trap: Jeff deliberately let him go, then sent someone to track his movements. Just when Harrison thought he was completely free of his pursuers, he was surrounded by a group of men in black. "You think you can get away with this?" The person leading the group was Ethan, Jeff's assistant, who sneered. Harrison's heart fluttered as he realized he had walked into a trap, but it was too late. He struggled to escape, but the men in black were so powerful they didn't give him a chance.

“Yes, they were hired to kill Laura Harrison.” I blinked even more confusedly. “Who is Laura Harrison?” “She is the daughter of a mob boss. It was all gang related but somewhere along the way there was a mix-up and when someone passed information over your name was mixed up with Laura’s. It was all a case of mistaken identity.” I felt the colour drain from my face. I felt sick start to churn up inside my stomach. I ran to the sink and threw up. Logans hand was on my back making small comforting circles. I wiped my mouth and held onto the sink for support.

Well it was good to meet you, I am headed to Maine and I have three hours still to drive so I better get going.” I said. “It was good to finally meet you in person, Snow. In all these years it still surprises me.

"Explain yourself!" Harrison straightened, his arms instinctively pulling Ethan closer. "This is my son," he said firmly. "And I won’t hide the truth any longer." Mr. Blackwood’s mouth fell open in shock. "Harrison, are you saying...?" Harrison nodded, meeting his father’s furious gaze. "Yes. I’m saying that I can’t marry Adrianne. This wedding is over." A heavy silence filled the room. Mrs. Blackwood placed a hand on her chest, looking from Harrison to Ethan and back again. Her face softened, and she stepped closer, her gaze focused on Ethan. "Is he really our grandson?" she asked, her voice gentle now.

Andrew, worried that their guest would be furious, also said, "Sir, he is indeed stupid and has been rude to you. But, I beg you to kindly forgive him." Ethan snorted in annoyance. But, since he really didn't want to stay there any longer, he said, "Never mind, forget it! I ... can't bear to see humans eating shoes. It's ... disgusting!" "Sir, thank you for your kindness," Harris said, who was on the verge of tears. Andrew also felt relieved upon hearing this, “You are so generous. We are truly grateful to you.” Ethan didn't respond and immediately ordered Mark to enter the area.

Rider, he finally stopped, looking him straight in the eyes. Feeling the tension between the two, Mr. Hallow felt uncomfortable for a moment, and then he asked, "Good evening, young man. Are you a guest of Savannah?" A smug smile formed on Ethan's lips, and without taking his gaze off Mr. Rider, he replied with sarcasm dripping in his tone, "As her oldest brother, that should make my wife and I a guest of hers, won't you agree, sir?" As his brows furrowed deeper than before, Mr. Hallow gave Ethan a confused stare and then looked at Mr. Rider, saying, "Harrison, is this true? You have another son that you never told us about?"

Running out of the conference room, I saw Ethan approaching with Rachael behind him and I quickly ran to his embrace, Hugging him tightly with a teary eyes. Ethan pulled me out of his embrace and strode down to the conference room. He had seen Harrison from the camera installed in his office. I could see anger in Ethan’s eyes as he opened the room to meet Harrison. I followed Ethan, trying to stop any further altercation between him and Harrison. But he was Ethan Blackwood, one with a reputation for being ruthless.

Harrison continued speaking, “Never forget that I established my own standing. I also have many connections that have nothing to do with the two of you, and nothing to do with my family name.” Harrison threw them both a steely look. “Now, either you agree to let me be Calix’s doctor, or every single one of us goes down with the ship.” Ethan looked at Harrison seriously, then he grinned sparingly. “You and Calix is not child anymore.” he said with a hint of pride. Ethan stared at Harrison with a serious expression, before cracking a subtle smile. “You and Calix have really grown up,” he remarked, a touch of pride evident in every word.

Simon hesitated to speak, knowing it was unlikely for Ethan to forgive them. However, he thought, what if? Stephen’s sincere apology and revealing the truth could have moved Ethan, making forgiveness possible. With that sliver of hope, he did not stop Harrison. Harrison immediately took an overnight flight to Riveria. It was seven in the morning when he landed, and without any rest, he headed straight for Drakthorn Ridge. His assistant could not help but advise, “Mr. Harrison, you’ve not rested all night. Why don’t you take a break before going up the mountain?”
