Ameira saw how Samara seemed to stop; however, it wasn’t her fault that she was embarrassed, as she was serious about what she said; she has no friends and she does not wish to owe anyone anything, especially to her.
Eventually, Samara recovered. She forced a smile and nodded.
"Ah, all right, Sister Samara. We're leaving, thank you again," Marvin thanked her with an awkward smile.
The two quickly said their goodbyes and entered the elevator. As the elevator closed, Ameira and Aleja’s eyes met again. They seemed to understand each other as they talked about things that only they know.
