He was about to start the show. Eve was tied with a table. She was still naked. Her body had stopped healing, Adrian had tortured her this much. She had dried blood all over her body. Even a merciless monster would have stopped but Adrian did not stop. He came towards Eve and signalled two vampires. They held Eve's jaws open. He went to her. She was begging him with her eyes to stop but he smiled instead.

Xavier. "Dark Emperor, how can you be so sure that This Woman is your Mate? Remember she was declared dead." A council member said. "Yes Emperor. If she is truly your Mate why make an appearance now and not years ago." Another member chipped in. A strange feeling filled me up and I immediately knew something was wrong. Xavier... Maeve's distressed voice filled my head. I abruptly got up from My chair forgetting that I was in a meeting. I smoke myself out of the room and ended up in Maeve's room.

They were Damien’s best friends. “Change of plans, we’re going to Elmo’s Club,” they announced. “Dude! That’s not a strip club!” Damien complained. “I know,” Ricky, the older, taller guy said. “But that’s where the girls are going.” I sat up on the bed, suddenly feeling alert. “The girls are going to a club?” I asked, trying to keep my voice steady. “Yeah! And we’re coming with them!” Noah said enthusiastically. “Why?” Ben asked. He didn’t like this plan too.

Heath sat at his desk thoughtfully. He rotated his chair to face the wall behind him. Pushing the red button on the remote control in his left hand, he turned on the fifty- two inch, flat screen monitor, which hung on the wall behind him. It quickly went through it's voice guided starting options. He chose the source button on the thin black remote. "Source selection Open HDMI1-MHL," echoed through the large open space. "Source selection close HDMI1-MHL," the electronic voice announced. Suddenly, Faidh's sleeping image appeared on the screen. The blank expression on Heath's face quickly changed to tenderness. This WAS his Eve. She just HAD to be!

I asked him softly. "Evie, your face," he started as he took a step backwards. "My face?" I felt my face with my fingers and it felt normal, there was nothing there so what was he talking about? "There's nothing on my face." I told him. He was still taking short steps back, one at a time until his back hit the door. Why was he so scared? What's going on? "Eve, your eyes are black." He said with fright. "What do you mean?"

“Were the specifics of the circle cast mentioned?” “Not that I know of,” Evander answers. “The Light of the Moon Circle,” Kristy suggests. “Say that’s what you cast. It’s fast and strong and could kill vampires.” She turns to me, eyes wide. “Which unfortunately happened.” “You’re faking my death now?” Lucas comes in through the back door, and Evander looks him up and down.

The monstrous entity, deprived of its dark fuel, dissipated into nothingness. The tremors ceased, the air thick with the smell of burnt metal and ozone. Exhausted and bruised, Evie and Liam lay huddled together at the base of the anvil, their breaths coming in ragged gasps. Had they succeeded? Had they inadvertently stopped the awakening of the darkness? Slowly, Evie opened her eyes. The crimson light that had bathed the chamber was fading, replaced by a faint, ethereal glow emanating from the ceiling

The morning light fell softly into the hidden chamber, illuminating the smooth steel walls and the rows of sealed data drives. But all eyes were on the small, gold-flecked pod where Eve’s successor—this new life—had just awakened. Damien, Aurora, and Null stood in a half-circle, heartbeats synchronized in anticipation.

says Kelanar . “OK, but it’s late. I will see you in the morning. Love you Kel,” says Eve . “Love you too,” says Kelanar. They hug and Eve leaves. Kelanar changes for bed and lays down to try to sleep. She ends up crying herself to sleep and dreams of Hector. In her dream, he is begging her to not forget him and to stay safe.

I know you can see the dead and all that jazz but your drawing is very dark, very real! We might just get the highest points in class." Then Diane's phone beeped. "Fuck! I forgot about Brad we were supposed to meet up for dinner, we got too carried away with this thing." She laughed hard. "Yes I guess we did, so you want to finish this for now and continue after class tomorrow?" I asked while I was already tidying up my drawing kit into my bag. I was feeling a bit tired myself.
