Excerpt From Wolf Stalker Novels & Stories

Three rogue wolves rushed towards Alpha Clause and I, and I recognized one as the one Alpha Clause described as Alpha Ross, the Alpha that went rogue. He was a black wolf with a white scar the shape of lightning under his left eyelid. He together with a brown wolf attacked Alpha Clause, leaving me unprotected for the smaller wolf that was ash in color to attack me. They might have thought that I was weak and that was why they had only one small wolf attack me, but I was strong and I would show them. I threw a kick at the wolf's jaw and he reared back, letting out a loud growl both in pain and anger.

I found a wounded giant wolf. After the world ended, I treated him as my strongest fighter and a living source of warmth, curling against him to sleep every night. Later, once he healed, he turned into a man and warned me with a savage look, "I'm the Alpha of a werewolf pack. I have responsibilities to my people. Don't think you can make me stay." And with that, he left. I pulled my ragged blanket tighter, confused. What was he talking about? I had been keeping him as a dog the whole time. What did his responsibilities have to do with me? Closing my eyes, I thanked the heavens for my escape from the wolves. “What are you doing in my territory?" a familiar deep voice questioned. Opening my eyes, I turned my head to see that creepy Ralph of a man. He stood, dressed in all black, accompanied by a large black wolf beside him. The wolf growled softly, its eyes never leaving me. When it started walking toward my way, I quickly rose to my feet, stumbling backwards. Just before the wolf could reach me, Ralph took a gun from the back of his pants and aimed it in my direction.

Parker swallowed the last gulp of his drink before placing the empty glass back on the dark wood of the desk, careful to avoid the papers. "I'm not requesting access to all of the rogues. I would only be going after the one who participated in my death. Maybe all three of the wolves who had attacked me, if they are all present." I replied to him but as soon as I spelled the name ‘Paul’, I gasped. “What happened? What is it?” Karien inquired as he saw me gasped all of sudden. I looked at him and asked, “Do you remember what was the shade of the wolf fur, and how big was he?” “He had slightly golden brown, white-colored mix fur and not so big as I saw a werewolf in movies. I don’t think he was a strong wolf but he was there attacking those two guys before I got there and he ran off as soon as he saw me” He said recollecting the memories of last night.

I threw the guns away and sidestepped the wolf, kicking it in the side, but because it was larger than me, it didn't even get phased and instead turned around, snapping its jaws at me. I took out the dagger I had prepared for Alexander and plunged it right into the wolf's eye, who howled in pain, followed by falling limp. I retracted my dagger and continued the fight when, like a flash, a large black wolf with a white and brown tail appeared out of nowhere, jumping into the fight. In less than minutes, the wolf wiped out almost all of my family, leaving only a handful of us. Looking at the agility and fighting skill, I instantly recognized him: alpha Alexander, the man I was here to kill!
