Months had passed, and Storm was growing like wildfire beneath a summer moon. Every day, something new sparked in him, a sound, a laugh, a light. His eyes glowed like molten lava, liquid gold swirling like a firestorm, just like his father’s. When sunlight hit them just right, it looked as if the lava of creation itself burned behind his irises. Blaise called it his mark. Ryker called it a warning. Kira only smiled knowingly. “Fire and storm,” she said. “The gods made sure the world would never forget those eyes.”

She stopped when she looked up and she gave a small smile. “Hello I’m Storm. You must be Marley.” “Indeed I am.” He smiled but he was looking longer then I would have liked his eyes squinting. I growled. “Chill out their Diego no worries.” Marley said. “I don’t like you eye balling my mate like that.” I replied. “I was looking at her eyes.” He said. “What about my eyes?” Storm asked with a straight face. “They’re peculiar I haven’t seen eyes two different colored such as yours before.” Marley stated.

They are interrupted by a loud bang as the door opens and Iris appears, her mark shining dimly. "What’s going on?" asked Iris. "Iris," said Aiden. Caleb: "Just in time. Tell me, selected one, how you intend to quell the raging tempest you have let loose. Iris: "I don't own the storm. We own it all. And we won't make it through if we don't stop fighting." Outside, the snarls of wolves fill the air as they start turning on one another. As the mark intensifies, Iris grips her wrist, her face twisted in agony.

Lorien’s POV The storm wasn’t letting up. I stood at the edge of the large window, watching the heavy downpour with narrowed eyes. Rain lashed against the glass, blurring the view outside. Thick, dark clouds churned across the sky, and the occasional crack of lightning illuminated the wet landscape. The weather had taken a turn for the worse, and I knew there was no way I’d be flying out tonight. Even if I wanted to risk it, I needed clear skies to navigate.

Selina's eyes immediately became cold, like freezing snow, colder than the moonlight outside, just like that, shining with cold rays. Her ash gray eyes seemed to have narrowed at the moment that the creaking sound was heard. Now, in Selina's eyes, there seemed to be a swirling vortex. The storm came, and the ashes caught on fire, burning everything until only ashes remained. The ghost seems to have appeared in a blur, softly but flickering at the bottom of her eyes.

Didn’t dress too trashy and she had these bright blue eyes that well, you guys know how I am with blue eyes. Eyes on the swirl, not the woman across from me. They didn’t know it yet—but I was done playing the quiet girl. They never see the storm coming when it looks like peace.

Despite its efforts, it was struck countless times by Zephyr’s attack. The electricity quickly capitalized Zephyrs adrenaline rush, it rushed forth to wrap itself around the eye, damaging it greatly. Great plumes of black smoke begin to rise out of the eye. As though the eye was immensely angered, it croaked and groaned continuously. However, Zephyr had already let forth his electricity, allowing it to do as it wished. Bolt after bolt of lightning came down upon the eye.

“To finish what the fire started.” Outside, the storm raged harder—lightning slicing the sky in half. And somewhere, beyond the rain, a faint reflection moved in the glass. Ethan’s eyes. Watching. Smiling. Waiting.

Raven has been there for me with every storm since that dreadful night. The terrified look in Amelia's eyes when the storm was mentioned helped me make my decision. I put her before myself and I didn't want to see the scared look in her eyes. I meet eyes with Raven and knew she knew I was going home. Worry filled her eyes and looks to Lexi. Lexi gives an understanding nod and I watch Raven relax against her hospital bed.
