When the bully falls in love

When the bully falls in love

No matter how good a dream is, we always have to snap back from it. All fairy tales usually have a happy ending, the prince saves the princess from an ogre, a knight in shining armor saves a lady from a hulky brute of a man and so forth. But the world lies, that is not what always happens. Fairy tales rarely have a happy ending. The prince will save the princess and trip down some stairs, fall down and break his neck. Or the lady will live for a few years as a wife to the night and die from child birth. The story tellers never give the actual tale, the sell what appeases to the eye and heart.

An Untold Fairytale

An Untold Fairytale

"There's a festival that takes months of preparation when you go to Silvenia, it’s called White Day. Since everyone is invited, designers from Silvenia might come and take your measurements for your suits and gowns. You can choose your own personal designers but I doubt no one knows Silvenian fashion better than Silvenian designers. People can dance over a frozen lake, don't worry about falling because it's been frozen for years that no one even knows what it looks like when the ice is all thawed. There's a legend that if a wolf howls while you're dancing on the frozen lake, it means that good things await you and your dancing partner so most people take the chance to dance with a loved one

The Supernatural Spa

The Supernatural Spa

Sorry for not introducing myself earlier on. You can call me “The Diwata”. It’s our local term for a Fairy Enchantress. Try to imagine me as a full-grown woman, but I’m actually a Fairy. So no, I do not look anything like Disney’s Tinkerbell. I will be your storyteller in all the stories in the book. And just like everything you read here, it’s up to you to decide which is real, and which is not…

she asked the others. Kayla and Wanda, both, took their spots on the red cushion, teacups firmly in their hands. Well, Wanda held it with one hand, because the other still held a bagel. Rose smiled as she watched the elderly woman, but she still answered Buttercup's question. "Usually, it starts with a curiosity developed from something they saw or watched. Most start out as fantasy readers or obsessed with myth and folklore. Maybe they saw a movie and wondered if it was real, then looked up a book and discovered it was. Of course, a rare few, such as yourself, actually get to interact with them. Then, there are those who truly are a part of the faerie world and just pretend to be human to f

THE FAIRY AND THE TWIN SWORDS

THE FAIRY AND THE TWIN SWORDS

" Gagé paused his story and sighed. Alice who was getting engrossed in the story didn't want him to stop. "And then what happened next?" She asked eagerly. "For decades the planet lived peacefully, totally forgetting about the twin swords. The poeple began to grow evil and jealous of each other, they began to fight each other to claim each other's territory. So the divine creator once again sent forth a prophecy, according to the prophecy another fairy will be born to the world to set things right. He didn't say how and when it will happen but it was evident in his prophecy that the fairy will contain the same physical features as the previous fairy Mariposa who had died.

A Sign For Aiden

A Sign For Aiden

CHAPTER 18 DAYLIGHT AIDEN I write and sometimes I paint. At first I started with writing stories, stories of strong heroes who went off to distant lands to vanquish powerful foes and bring honor to their kingdoms. I wrote of princesses trapped in magical towers, fated to live a life dictated by their horrible conniving mother but through the power of true love and determination manage to free themselves from such a fate. One time I wrote of a ghost that haunted a village for a hundred years but that ghost was actually a misunderstood little boy longing for a friend.

Leave it to Everleigh to make a person long for their own broody, sexy dragon. Seriously though, I couldn't put this book down. The world this author has created is so vibrant and fun it makes you want to dive in to the pages.
Sarah.
I really loved the book, I wish there were more like it on this app. The characters are charming and the story is beautifully written, the premise makes me want to continue reading the other books. I hope there will be lots more like this one and maybe even longer

PERFECTLY IMPERFECT

PERFECTLY IMPERFECT

I knew where mom was going with her question and the last thing I needed at the moment is an awkward video conversation with my sister. My sister. ******* It was a literature class and our teacher, a petite woman who always seems to have a permanent smile plastered on her face was teaching us prose and it's forms. 'So what do you guys think about fairy tales?' She suddenly asked out of nowhere. We were not even doing anything related to it. 'Or better still, can someone define what a fairy tale means?' Several hands shoot up and the teacher singled Tolase out. 'In literature, fairy tale can simply be defined as a traditional story written for children that usually involves imaginary creature

The Fairytale Beauty

The Fairytale Beauty

I guess her height is 176 cm which is 12 cm different from me, who has a height of 188 cm. She is beautiful, enchanting. A unique beauty, I called her beauty "fairy tale beauty". Is she from another country? She looks different from a common girl in this country. After a while, she finally realized that I was staring at her. That girl, Nadya, whom I didn't know her name at that time, saw me too. While I looked at her with a look full of admiration, she smiled at me. Her cheeks weren't red, maybe that's her "Candle skin" uniqueness, but I could sure that she was shy when I looked at her. And behold, even her gaze is so different; her gaze is gentle, delicate, and winning. I swear she looks li

Princess of Death

Princess of Death

Aynyra was sick of non-believers. "Fine," Rhae chuckled. Rhae began reading the book of children's stories, that told great tales of Fae, Faeries, Pixies, Shapeshifters, Draekons and magic of all kinds. It was inspirational for a book of myths as protagonists overcame challenges over challenges. Fae rode Draekons, Shapeshifters were powerful creatures and Pixies were tricksters who challenged any kind of hierarchy in the magical world.
