Fallen for the Dark

Fallen for the Dark

“Watch everything. Trust no one. Not tonight.” The figure paused, hesitation in its step, then retreated into the fog. But the tension didn’t fade. My chest heaved, mind racing with fear and exhilaration. He turned to me, eyes smoldering. “You see? Even the past… even the lies… they follow us. But it doesn’t matter. Because fire… fire consumes all.” “Even me?” I whispered, voice trembling. “Even my heart, my mind… my everything?” “Yes,” he murmured, fingers brushing my cheek, pulling me closer. “Because once you surrender… fully… there’s no turning back. And you… you’ve already surrendered.”

Darkness

Darkness

It was me. The cold tingling sensations crawled up my ankles, slowing my steps. The wall of dark clouds pressed in around me. My body freaked. I ran. The darkness wrapped around my ankles pulling me down. I tripped as I ran. The pavement came at me full force tearing into my last pair of intact slacks. It covered me swallowing me in deep waves of dark clouds. Everything went black as my vertigo swam. I didn't know which way was up as I thrashed. I couldn't feel the ground anymore. I felt like I was falling even as I slowed my movements. My stomach knotted with queasiness. I didn't know how long I fell. It felt eternal. It felt like I was falling in the depths of an ice cold volcano.

Midst of Darkness!

Midst of Darkness!

I don't know how many times he drew orgasms from me because it made me so exhausted that I was slumping in and out of the darkness. He hauled my body up as his rock hard body slammed against my back with the roughness. I gave up when he emptied himself inside me with the curse and pulled out, letting me fall on the bed like a lifeless doll. I thought it was over from tonight but he turned me around and hovered over me. My tired eyes fluttered open but it's hard to see him in the dark. He always comes in the darkness. My nightmare, Rafael Delgado!

STOP…. Sit back and take a read. This story has the makings of a Netflix limited series. I hope the author decides to do a continuation. Bring Rebecca back and Aura to take revenge on the Mafia. Also let’s read more about her struggles and … Did Edgardo inherit her multiple personalities?

Bound to the Demon Wolf

Bound to the Demon Wolf

~Mel~ Darkness. It was the only thing I could feel. Heavy, suffocating, endless darkness, like I was sinking into it, with no end in sight. Was this death because it didn’t hurt anymore. But the voices… they were there. Muffled, distant, but familiar. Hannah’s scream echoed faintly, fading as if she was being pulled away from me. Suddenly, I was falling—not in the real world, but in my mind, spiraling through memories I couldn't control. A flash of laughter, a warm touch, and then pain, sharp and burning, tearing through me.

The One

The One

I don’t even have the strength to kill myself. Instead, I curl tighter into myself, breathing ragged, waiting for the walls to finally collapse and crush me where I sit. The darkness surges, then everything goes black. The darkness in the room deepens, blurs. My limbs feel heavy. The whispers stretch and thin until they are no longer words but pressure, a pulsing in my temples like the beat of some ancient, cruel drum. And then I fall. Or maybe I sleep. Maybe I collapse. I don’t know. All I know is that suddenly the room is gone. When I open my eyes, the world has changed.

Drowning in Her Darkness

Drowning in Her Darkness

“Like I was the end of your little lover boy? What was his name again?” My vision blurred for a moment as the memory of that night sank in, Galden covered in his own blood as he whispered, he loved me, the light fading from his eyes. I couldn’t fall into this now, I couldn’t give into the Darkness, I couldn’t drown in my own fear and memories, I had to hold myself together, I needed to protect my people. “I remember you screaming it, the sound gave me sweet dreams for weeks.” Genesis continued, egging me to fall into the darkness and the anger.

The Fall

The Fall

I didn't have a room. "Skylar!" Hearing his voice had my heart racing with fear, I walked down the stairs to meet him in the hallway. There was a door under the stairs, probably to the basement which is where they made me sleep last time. My step-father stood there with the door open. Suddenly he shoved me and I slipped, falling down each step. Rolo barked and growled at him, earning a kick for himself before he too got locked in the basement with me. I swear I heard him lock it with a key. There were three lights down here, they were fairly dim, the floor had been carpeted thankfully, a single mattress lay in one corner of the room no bedframe, a dog bed next to it with the dogs food and wa

Fated In Darkness

Fated In Darkness

The glow flickered, then died. Darkness swallowed the courtyard. For a second, the wolves faltered. Uncertainty cracked through the lines. But not me. I thrived in darkness. It was where I was born. The others might’ve lost their sight. I didn’t need it. In the pitch-black, I saw everything, muscle memory, scent, sound, instinct. I moved like death with a heartbeat. Blood ran down my face. My claws dripped. My heart burned, not just with rage, but with the cold agony of what had been taken.

I wish I could give this book more than 5 stars because it deserves it! This book is worth the read! It is intriguing and suspenseful filled with the need to want to uphold a century long treaty of peace but it is all starting to crash when love and fate steps in and turn everything upside down.
