At first, she fought the tug of my power, and the staff didn’t budge, only sort of hovered for a second within her grip. But then, it broke free. She scowled as she concentrated on bringing it back to her. But her evil powers were not as strong as my white light, and as we both watched, the staff slowly came toward my hand.
