There was also a coffee maker in the corner and a soft looking couch.

Maybe Zion had had the room freshly painted, although for what means she couldn’t be sure. A huge, cream faux fur rug covered the wooden flooring in the right side of the room, thoughtfully placed before the rustic log burner which resided in the wall. Keeping with the theme, a double mahogany book shelf leaned against the wall in front of her, filling out the space just before the door. Brielle couldn’t be certain, but if she had to guess she would imagine there would be around 100 books neatly stored in there. Besides her was a cream, velvet reading chair that looked out through to the window. It was strangely large, big enough for perhaps herself and all three of her mates to rest on.

Blue flames arose, and I could see that the room was richly furnished with brown leather chests, bookcases, and cabinets. Felix closed the door and locked it. He crossed the room and sat in one chair. I took a seat next to him. “All right. Say your piece. I couldn't resist the urge to verify its solidity further. In place of the tacky decorations, I'd placed tasteful art and plush lounge couches. It could just as easily be a cigar parlor as a themed sex room due to the dark, tasteful furniture.
