The Empress and the Alpha

The Empress and the Alpha

He was hesitant and frightened. The next passage was in different writing. My dear Agaras is dead. The treaty between the Wanix and the Luan Pack has been destroyed. It only exists on paper now. Only the Aleni rising would ever bring the alliance back. Alpha Landon found out about Agaras and I and murdered him. Some others who were going to run away with us were slaughtered too. It was an unnecessary blood bath. All of this because we fell in love with people our rulers deemed unworthy.

I love this book so much. I’m glad I was a beta reader because it’s even better than when I first read it. I love the dynamic between Zelda and her family/people - as well as her dynamic with Penn and Hunter. I can’t wait to keep reading!!

I thought Zelda would only be the funny one. I didn't expect it would be the same with Hunter. The way he was rejected and said that he would tell it to his parents was just hilarious lol. The humor of this book is not something to be missed. This book is a must-read for great entertainment. Awesome

CLAIMED BY MY EX'S SEXY STEP FATHER

CLAIMED BY MY EX'S SEXY STEP FATHER

“That’s my girl! Let karma tear their throats out.” I flicked my gaze back to the screen, searching the chaos for one face in particular. Lucas. The only one who had ever treated me like I had a soul. The reporter had reported him to be in critical condition after all. Still… “You know they have been booted from the alliance, right?” Geraldina tossed the information like it was yesterday’s gossip. “Of course.” I forced my lips into a thin, satisfied curve. “That’s why they got slaughtered like lambs. No allied warriors to hide behind anymore.”

A Deal With The Billionaire CEO

Even if it meant putting aside my differences with Emilio and working together to face the looming threat that hung over us like a dark cloud. But as the days turned into weeks, and the tension between us continued to mount, I couldn't shake the feeling that our uneasy alliance was destined to collapse under the weight of our mutual distrust. Our uneasy alliance collapsed after news came in that two of the board members of Renaissance had died under mysterious circumstances. My Alpha King Ex-husband's Regrets

My Alpha King Ex-husband's Regrets

She even bent her head down as if she wanted to avoid my eyes. The moment that I saw the reaction from her face, it made me step back. It made my heart almost shattered into pieces because I felt it. I knew that something isn't good about to be revealed, and I am not ready to find out about it. “I'm sorry, Emerald. Your parents were killed during the attack of the enemies. They didn't make it as the enemies never allowed them to survive. The Alpha and Luna did their best to protect all of us, but the enemies were too powerful. Only a few survived, and I am lucky to be one of the survivors…” Allison explained.

Fatal Signature

Fatal Signature

"This is the last time. From now on, you and I are finished. There'll be nothing between us whatsoever. If you dare come back, or if you dare come near my family and me…" He paused, his gaze turning icy. "I'll kill you myself." Avelina shivered. She stared at Arturo for the longest time, too afraid to speak. In the end, she could only nod frantically. Arturo thought that by compromising this one time, he could at least temporarily calm things down and protect the daughter he had never met. But he had underestimated the Brunetti Famiglia's determination to wipe everyone out. He didn't know that a deadly net had already begun tightening—quietly and invisibly—around him.

Killed By Allergies, Condemned By Her Own Son

Killed By Allergies, Condemned By Her Own Son

She misled me into thinking that they were her biological parents, and that was why I did what I did! "Madelyn's the true culprit!" Her voice grew louder as if volume could prove that I was the one who killed Lora. I looked at her with cold ridicule. "So if they were my parents, would they have deserved to die at your hands? "For days, I warned you again and again that Lora's allergic to shrimp, and you deliberately made shrimp ravioli. That's intentional murder! "Besides, I repeatedly reminded you that they're Josh's parents, but you wouldn't believe me."

Slowly, their eyes landed on the pale-faced Katrina, who stood off to the side. They both demanded at the same time. "Did you say no one dies from an allergic reaction?" "Didn't you give Chelsea her allergy medicine?" Katrina, already terrified out of her wits by the sight of my corpse, stammered incoherently under Mom and Dad's questioning. "I don't know, I really don't. I never meant to kill her." Her original intention had only been to torment me and to have me sent back to the countryside. That way, no one would ever compete for Mom and Dad's affection again.

The Fatal Judgement

The Fatal Judgement

Long enough that Cael, at the base of the platform, slowly sat down on the stone and pulled his knees to his chest and waited. When Lucian finally turned around, his face was different. Not composed. Not cold. Just — emptied out. Like something enormous had moved through it and left nothing behind except the shape. He crossed the floor and came back to me. "Why didn't you come to me." No longer a command. Not even a question, really. Just a sound his voice made. "After he was gone. When the Oath dissolved. Why didn't you—" "The Oath dissolved tonight," I said. "When the Prism broke the seal. It wasn't gone before tonight."

Fatal Flames

Fatal Flames

“Mother!” My fingers curled into the silk of my wedding gown, but my mother did not care about any of it. Her hands, ice cold and devoid of care, simply fastened the pearl necklace around my throat, tightening it as if it was some sort of leash. But then, maybe it was her own version of a leash. “Oh please, don’t be so dramatic,” she muttered as she took a few steps back to inspect me. Dramatic? Really? She was marrying me off to Salvatore Moreti, the most feared man in the country. A widower whose past five wives have mysteriously disappeared, and she expected me to do what? Smile about it?

Tempted By The Don

Tempted By The Don

“Tonight marks the end of fractured alliances. The end of every cartel, syndicate, or branch still aligning with De Marco’s remnants. Choose now. Join this future, our future, or be buried with the past.” No one spoke. Then one voice did. A grizzled older man from the Milan branch stood. “The Van Dorn betrayal, the sniper ambush. We saw who acted. We saw who didn’t flinch.” He looked at her, then Massimo. “I stand with the Sanchiano-Morelli alliance.” Others rose. One by one. Lisbon. Prague. Istanbul. Berlin, after a hesitant glance. The vote was clear. Talana nodded once. “Then it’s done,” she said softly.
