One of Fate's strengths is her dedication to her work, that is to say whatever job is tasked to her she will do her best to fulfill them with the best possible outcome. However, it is also one of her greatest weaknesses, as sometimes she's being too hard on herself that she can't help but expect others to do their job as seriously as she does.
