She brushed passed and placed her hand on my shoulder. "There is nothing you can do against fate. You can try to fight it, but it has a way of clicking everything together. I knew she was referring to how she was mated to Alpha Killian. Someone used dark magic on her to trick her into believing she was his fated mate when Damon was her real mate. Here she is now, Damon's Luna. Fate made them find their way together. Fate was fucked up, and I hated fate. I nodded, and she walked inside.

But words eluded me. Her voice turned otherworldly as she said, “I, Alpha Van Killian of Woodwick, reject Reina Grayson of the Moonlight Pack as my mate.” Instantly, I fell to the ground, gasping for air as she stood tall and ominous above me like a menacing god who had my life in her hands. A fleeting thought crossed my mind at that moment: Reina didn't accept my rejection. In a flash, I jolted up from sleep, my chest heaving with laboured breaths. It was a nightmare! Only a bad dream, I told myself. What was that nightmare about?

Elara’s POV I practically ran back to my chambers, the oversized silk shirt flapping around my thighs like a guilty flag. My lips still tingled from Lucian’s kiss, my skin still burned where his hands had been, but the vision from the Fate Sisters clung to me like frost. Darius is your destiny. The words repeated in my head with every step, louder than my own heartbeat. I shut the door behind me and leaned against it for a second, breathing hard, trying to steady the storm inside my chest.

How could father possibly have known that Alpha Fenriz is my fated mate? “Umiko?” Yui asks with wide, worried eyes. “Is everything okay?” I blink and look at her. “Y-yes…yes, I just got a fright,” I say with an apologetic smile and pick up the flowers with shaky fingers.

Amery's composure faltered as she questioned, disbelief etched on her features. " What do you mean by why? Sabrina and Rhys are fated mates. They are husband and wife, and they sleep on the same bed. Is it wrong if they solve their misunderstanding? Do they need your permission?" Irked to the max, my godmother and my mother-in-law chastised, unfiltered hatred clouding her eyes as she stared daggers at Amery, and a soft sob escaped from Amery's lips, she was playing the pity card, unbeknownst to her, that only fueled the former Luna's anger.

He held me so tightly, promising, "I don't believe in fate. I only know that you are the love of my life." I had believed him. Every memory of our love felt vivid, still so close—yet now, he had abandoned me for another woman without a second thought. I didn't understand. Was fate truly something we couldn't fight? Had it really pulled him, irresistibly, into Grace's arms? My whole body ached, each breath felt like fire. I couldn't tell whether the pain came from the wound or from my heart. Darkness fell like a curtain. When I came to, I was lying in a hospital bed.

he said "stay away from Lucy, this is between the both of us" I said "okay fine but I want you to introduce me to her" he said "why should I", I asked " don't play that game with me unless you want me to blow your cover" he said " okay fine is that all you want?", I asked "as her father", he replied " what the hell!!!", I cursed " are you crazy" I asked "that girl is almost sixteen" I said

As soon as I thought of that, the sassy queen bee stepped out of the same door Negan came out from. "Sorry." I apologized quickly and got out. I can't believe they're having an affair, what am I even saying?!. Was I expecting him to like me?. Gosh why am I even bothered?. I feel so weird. I sigh and walked back to the cafeteria, I moved towards Suzy and the others and took my seat. I didn't contribute to their conversations cause I didn't feel like. "Hey Quinn, are you fine?." Suzy inquires worriedly.

"If you don't want to get married, just say so. Stop playing tricks with me! They won't work on me!" With that, he turned away. He showed no concern for Fiora at all, only anger. Fuming, Fiora grabbed a pillow and hurled it at him. "You betrayed my sincere feelings for you, Stanley! The heavens will punish you for this!" Stanley turned back, his expression cold. "Punish me? Aren't you already my punishment?" "Wh-What do you mean by that?" Fiora's pupils shook slightly. Stanley bent down, picked up the pillow and approached her. He tossed the pillow onto the bed. Fiora instinctively recoiled, only for him to grab her wrist.

HAHAHAHA! Well, I guess you don’t have to explain to me… your fiancé needs more explanation more than me. I got my revenge that easily. Hahaha. And another thing, why did you let your fiancé go here?
