Anna’s POV The silence in the dining room did not break immediately after Sam’s phone buzzed. It stretched. Heavy. Dangerous. Every person sitting at the table knew something had changed, but no one understood exactly what it was yet. Sam stared at the screen of his phone like he had just seen a ghost. His face drained of color. For the first time since I had known him, Sam Carter looked… afraid. Not irritated. Not angry. Afraid. That alone told me the message he received was not from a friend.

When the scene is getting hotter, Shaina pick up the remote and change the movie to another in haste. She turn to Samael and yet his expression remain the same which make Shaina wonder if he's really watching the movie. It was a scary movie which Shaina isn't a fan of, few minutes until the movie, she already close the space on the sofa and could barely stop herself from holding him. As the witch in the movie dip her long black nails into the eyes of one of the characters and pluck out his eyeballs, Shaina shrieks and grab unto Samael burying her face.

"Sorry for what now , Diana? Now you are gonna point the gun at me ,AGAIN? OR THROW KNIVES AT ME?! OR KILL ME SOME OTHER WAY?!" Diana didn't reply, she just kept sobbing and walked out of the door. Sam looked at Diana with horror as she walked away. He was in a room with the dead body of his best friend . "No", whispered Sam crazily,"This wasn't supposed to go this way....it's all wrong!" Sam got up and closed his eyes and shrieked,"NOW!" A wave of yellow light hit him. He was standing infront of his door. He rung the bell. Oliver opened opened it and frowned and said,"Hey Sam...... didn't you leave like .... fifteen minutes ago?"

One of his men scoffed with laughter. “Well, we'll check that out soon,” Henry grinned mischievously and approached her. Sam crawled away, causing him to laugh. It was fun for him to feel her fear, it was fuel to tease her. Sam trembled and tears wet her veil, she feared. Seeing that face full of evil took her back to the past, to the hell she lived through. She was in the middle of a nervous breakdown, she couldn't control the fear and helplessness. Suddenly she felt exposed, the breeze caressed her face and she knew she no longer had her veil on. She covered it with her two hands and ducked her head, her hair covered her face and part of her arms as well.

People lazed about, apparently relaxing. That is, until they saw. They quickly sat up, and their expressions morphed to fear. Sam hated the sight of these people—these lazy, rich people, lounging about as if they hadn’t a care in the world. He would make them all pay. He threw his head back and roared. Most of the crowd had the good sense to scurry out of there, to hurry to grab their towels and robes and to try to get out as soon as they could. But they didn’t stand a chance. Sam hurled forward, lunged for the closest one, and sunk his teeth into her neck. He sucked the blood out and she collapsed to the ground and rolled into a bath, staining it red.

As the dark shadows loomed closer, Samantha's heart raced with fear. She turned to Adrian, her eyes wide with apprehension. "What do we do now?" she whispered, her voice barely audible over the eerie silence of the forest. Adrian's jaw tightened as he scanned their surroundings. "We need to find shelter," he replied, his voice low and urgent. "Quickly, follow me." They dashed through the dense undergrowth, the branches scratching at their arms and faces. Samantha's pulse pounded in her ears as she struggled to keep up with Adrian's swift pace. Fear gnawed at her insides, threatening to overwhelm her.

When she was inside, Dennis's arm shot out to push the door shut with a heavy thud. Sam jumped, her chest jiggling with the movement. A reminder she hadn't remembered to put her bra back on. She usually went without when she was home alone, but never when he was there. "Get on your knees." He told her, gazing down with his hands on his hips. His t-shirt stretched over the hard planes of his chest and his biceps threatened to shred the sleeves if he flexed even one muscle. Sam laughed. "What?" Something was curling and twisting inside her, some combination of fear and fascination. Why did he always have to make himself so scary? "Why?"

Filled with despair, he looked at Mindy and me, his eyes filled with equal parts of disbelief and terror. Mindy clasped her hands together in prayer and she muttered fanatically under her breath, yet she didn't seem to show any sympathy for Sam in the slightest. Instead, she shouted excitedly at the charlatans, "Harder! The louder he screams, the more frightened the evil spirit is! Don't let it get away!" Sam broke, turning to look at me with tears in his eyes and snot running pathetically down his nose. "Delia, please… please help me… I'm going to die…"

She pressed close and took in her scent. “I want them to think I’m a scary wolf,” Sam grumbled. “Being here is making me nervous.” She shook her shoulders as Amber stepped away. “My wolf is itchy.” “I know, but it’ll be okay.” Amber touched her arm and looked around. “They seem like happy, nice people.” “Yeah, I guess so.” Sam wasn’t convinced that them coming to Ava was a good idea. She turned when the whole beer tent when quiet. Gina walked in with Ava close on her heels. Ava looked around the room and her eyes met Sam’s.

Tessa sighs, like this whole drama is the worst inconvenience in the world. “Fine. Dead. Buried. He doesn’t exist. He probably has a small dick anyway.” Delilah narrows her eyes at us, her gaze landing squarely on Sam. “That includes you.” Sam raises his hands in surrender. “The man is dead to me,” he says solemnly, though the corner of his mouth twitches. Delilah finally exhales, visibly relaxing. “I can still look, though,” Sam adds mischievously, wiggling his eyebrows. His giggle soon escalates into full-blown laughter as Delilah lunges at him with a warning smack.
