As the dark shadows loomed closer, Samantha's heart raced with fear. She turned to Adrian, her eyes wide with apprehension. "What do we do now?" she whispered, her voice barely audible over the eerie silence of the forest. Adrian's jaw tightened as he scanned their surroundings. "We need to find shelter," he replied, his voice low and urgent. "Quickly, follow me." They dashed through the dense undergrowth, the branches scratching at their arms and faces.
