I flashed Mikey a sly smile and picked up one of the bottles. Instead of drinking it myself, I walked over to him. Then, I straddled his lap with a playful expression and murmured, "There are two ways to drink." Mikey sat still, watching me with growing interest. "One way is seduction," I purred as I pulled open his collar and slowly poured the liquor down inside. The alcohol soaked his shirt, gradually releasing a strange, intoxicating fragrance.

He was about to say something else when a voice suddenly called his name from the other end. "Josh!" "Coming." The call ended after that. I closed my red eyes for a moment before opening them. Then, I followed the priest to begin the prayer service. The priest and church members sang hymns as I sang with them. For the first time in a long while, I felt at peace. It was as if I could hear my mother's final words again. "I can't stay with you anymore, but at least Josh is with you. That puts my mind at ease. Take care of yourself."
